Spinning Ourselves "back" to The Garden

My lapse in regularity has made my re-entry to blogspot.com interesting.  It keeps changing its structure so there's a slight learning curve.  But so be it.  Everything is changing its structure.

Although I've suggested this before, this time it looks like I'm headed back to regular blogging.  My book, Empowering the Spirit:  A Process to Activate Your Soul Potential , first published in 2005, is now available on Kindle.  This reediting and re-formatting has been a 9-month process and now my time and focus are freed up enormously.

I am also almost finished with this season's workshop offerings, (there's information at the end of this blog entry about my upcoming 2-day workshop "Taking the Next Evolutionary Step:  A Multidimensional Journey to Shift Your Assemblage Point and Your Life," should you be interested,) and I do not plan to offer more until Spring.  Thus, my energies are fully available for new writing and I expect this blog will return to its earlier frequency.  Well at a higher frequency of course, since my development like all of yours, is accelerating quickly.

So, you may wonder, what have I been learning about my own multidimensional nature (and therefore our multidimensional nature) that I'm feeling compelled to share?  Well the insight I feel most Called to re-begin this blog with is this:  It is our nature, our natural state of being, to be 5th dimensional, not 3rd dimensional.  I have come to understand that we were 5th Dimensional beings in the first place.

We came to this planet from the star system that held this 5D frequency and we created amazing civilizations.  (Many of us also held 6D and 8D frequencies, but our biological structure was most aligned with the beings of 5D)  There are stories that say we mated with beings already here.  I have no idea about that.  But I know, because I can feel it in every fiber of my being, that after this initial "golden age" if you will, we went through a descension process on this planet.  I believe this is the biblical Fall... and it was not Eve's fault (but that's another blog.)

As we descended, we moved into duality. I think this occurred due to a series of choices we made collectively, agreeing perhaps to be part of this very interesting experience or experiment.  Of course, as you students of the vertical dimensions know, the 4th dimension is where the Light splits and polarity emerges.  Since the 4th dimension does not carry the frequency of embodiment, in order to keep our biological bodies, we descended further into 3D, the other polarized dimension.

As dynamic and dramatic as polarity might be, with it came attachment to the Light or the Dark, the yin or the yang, making wholeness impossible and propelling us to an even slower frequency.  Our cells became denser and denser and the vast majority of human life on planet Earth became stuck in this dysfunctional duality of operating physically in a dense 3D energy field, while being at the mercy of the emotional and archetypal whims of some of the darker 4D forces.  Wars and bloodshed became became the norm.  Harming each other began to take precedence over loving each other.  The more we were wounded, the more our heart chakra closed and the less access we had to our loving origins.

We are now at the agreed upon time to reverse this process.  (Could this be our Collective Plan B?)  We are both preparing for and in the process of Ascension.  We are becoming more and more skilled at healing our old wounds and navigating through this polarity.  We are opening codes within our cells to help us in this process.  We are also activating our merkaba to provide us with the vehicle for this remarkable journey.

It has been through meditating with and pondering the merkaba, that I have realized that 5D is our natural state.  The merkaba, (mer means light/ ka means Spirit/ ba means body) is an energy configuration that is a star tetrahedron, a 3 dimensional Star of David. It is made of light and the triangles are counter-rotating, so the top one is spinning in one direction and the bottom in another.  The picture below will give you a good idea of what I mean.

We all have the potential to activate this configuration in our own energy field.  When we do, the merkaba, which is also translated from the Hebrew to mean "chariot," becomes the vehicle to propel our biological bodies into the 5th dimension.  It is a part of our energy field in the same way that our chakras are.  And like the chakras, to function correctly, it must be spinning at a certain frequency.

Drunvalo Melchizedek believes that we almost lost the capacity to do this.  He says that the whole energetic configuration of the merkaba had almost been extinguished in the consciousness of humanity. Until recently that is.  But now it has a very strong hold.  More and more of us are reconnecting with our merkabas whether consciously or unconsciously. This field that surrounds us is becoming more and more functional.

While I have read that our base chakra is in the midpoint of this configuration, I don't think this is correct.  I think it is our heart chakra.  It is our heart energy that spins the merkaba. The more we open our hearts, the faster our cellular structure vibrates, which in turn activates our merkaba and transports us into the 5th dimension.  Just as the heart chakra is the center and the core of our physical chakras, the 5th dimension is the center and the core of the dimensional frequency we carry as 9D humans.  It will be from this dimension that we create the New Earth we have hoped for and dreamed of for so long.

And so Brother/Sister Earthings, there you have it.  This is what we are remembering.  This is what we are Re-Membering.  This is the center or the core of who we are.  We are the Creators;  We are vehicles for unconditional Love;  We are One with all that is.  So keep those merkabas spinning us all into the emerging consciousness.

All Together Now... UNDULATE AS ONE

For those of you who have noticed and wondered where my blog has disappeared to, I would love to explain it simply is getting published in the higher dimensions and tell you what the link is, but alas best I can tell, that would be a lie, and I definitely don't know the link.  In 3D, I just backed off.  I had a multitude of reasons, the most important of which is that I wasn't feeling that multidimensional connection for a while, and had to get re-inspired.

Other reasons, should you be on the edge of your seat, include needing to refocus on and reenter the experience of my book EMPOWERING THE SPIRIT: A Process to Activate Our Soul's Potential. This is my book that came out the end of 2005 and which I'm now getting ready to publish on Kindle.  I had spent 2011 pretty much immersed in teaching and writing about multidimensionality, and now I am returning to my earlier writing that teaches many tools to release ourselves from ego and let our Spirits lead the way which moves us into our multidimensional potential and living on the New Earth.

And then there was the readers' stats (speaking of that ongoing practice of releasing oneself from ego).  Those of you who blog on blogspot know what I'm talking about:  the graphs which let you know how many people are really going to your blog and therefore probably reading it.  Stats can be addicting by the way, our egos crave the good ones, but I had pretty much released myself from that.  Still I would check.  It let me know if my blog readership was growing, and while my public followers were continuing to grow, I noticed some decline rather than growth for the blog as we moved into the new year.  I took that as a sign, released myself from almost-weekly blogging, and simultaneously incorporated watching multidimensional meditations on YouTube (mostly Suzanne Lie's) as part of my daily practice.  My intention was to reconnect multidimensionally at a deeper level, and it is working.

Now I'm meandering back to the blog, nudged of course by Spirit and an email or two from folks wondering if I was still going to be writing it.  Since I'm scheduled to teach about our Ascension into 5D and how to make that connection, which is our next evolutionary step, at a large gathering in May and a workshop in June, I've got to integrate this into my own life. Thankfully, I'm finally feeling like I've moved up a notch in comprehending or apprehending what this process really is and what it means.  So now it's time to share this with you, Brother/Sister Earthlings.  Perhaps this will begin a series on the experience of Ascension.

We know that the primary attributes of 5D are Unity Consciousness, Unconditional Love and Creativity.  We also know that every time we move into a higher dimension, we do so because we are able to alter our frequency by speeding up our cells and activating our light bodies.  But what does this really mean?  How does this begin to play out in our psyches? How does this play out in our emotional bodies?  How does this play out in our lives?  If I am ONE, am I still I??  Is the "I" still relevant?  And if not, can I release it?  And if I release it, is that not me doing this from the "I".  (which brings up a Yiddish aye yie aye... roughly translated of course.)  Can I be both?  Isn't that what multidimensionality really is... being all of it???

I've understood, little by little, that we are on a journey to being Collective, to quite literally becoming ONE.  And yet, we do have our individual expression at least at this stage in our evolution.   Suzanne Lie speaks of her experience merging with her 5D self in a star ship, which is a living, breathing entity in itself, and how her 5D self was both separate and part of a giant undulating consciousness that was guiding the ship which was also part of this consciousness.  Individuals on the ship had unique jobs to perform and yet they could also perform the jobs of all others because they were all the others.  I suppose that's like the particle/wave that underlies all matter;  the particle being our individual selves and the wave, our Oneness.  I've been trying to glean what this would feel like; trying to imagine myself as both separate and merged.

I woke up one morning with an "aha!".  We have been a part of that 5D undulating wave perhaps forever.  Jung called it the Collective Unconscious and the Collective Supraconscious.  We know that great inventions would show up all over the globe, in different parts of the world that had no communication with each other, pretty much in the same window of 3D time.  I've been writing and speaking a lot about how in the last 15 or 20 years, I had incorporated a heart meditation in my workshops which I thought was "original" but found out that there were numerous teachers around the world, teaching almost the exact same thing, done in almost the exact same way.  To me this meant that we were all hooked into the same source of information, but now I see that this happens because we are already part of a great undulating wave that holds all that is.

As we move into Unity Consciousness, it will feel totally normal to experience this undulating wave and perhaps it will begin to ultimately feel strange when we experience moments of individual awareness; moments of separateness.  Because wasn't that the great experiment on the planet -- to create 3D humans that could experience the separateness and eventually figure out how to get back to what has always been in our DNA, being One with that undulating wave?

Do you understand that you are me writing this blog, and I am you, reading this blog?  Can you allow yourself to experience fully that each of us holds everything within our consciousness and that everything in our consciousness contains all of us?

This is taught in every tradition on the planet, and has been for Millenniums.  The most holy prayer in Judaism, one that dates back at least 5000 years and that is supposed to be said upon waking each day, translates to "Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One." I was taught the watered-down interpretation in Sunday school -- that this was about the Jews believing in the one God, as opposed to having many deities.  Even as a child, I could never figure out what was so holy about that idea. Then many decades later, far removed from my Jewish roots, it came to me in a flash.  It is the most holy prayer because it tells us we are ONE.  The "Lord" is really the great unified undulating mass of Consciousness, not the One Guy in the sky.

I recently read a fascinating memoir of an Iranian woman and learned that all traditional Persian stories begin with the words "All is One, One is All."  The ancient Egyptians, the really ancient Egyptians, those that were star-seeded over 12,000 years ago, taught how to unify Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt within their own psyches as a way of becoming whole.  My friend and colleague, Linda Star Wolf frequently quotes one of her indigenous teachers, Wolf Clan Grandmother Twylah Nitsch who reminded her students often that this was about: "All for One and One for All."

We see this in nature -- swarms of bees are perhaps the most dramatic because they are small enough for us to see how they blend in with each other and they create this visual undulating pattern while floating through the air.  There are schools of fish and flocks of birds.  All separate and One at the same time.

Strolling the Multidimensional Path in 3D

It dawned on me when I was pondering what I wanted to blog about, that I rarely talk about the blessings and intelligence of 3D.  Ironic, since this is the dimension that hosts our bodies and where we spend most of our waking life.  3D according to Hand Clow, is the dimension where the physical and the non-physical meet.  That's pretty magical all by itself.

Every morning I wake up to the amazing magnificence of the blue ridged Smoky Mountains. Sometimes the smoke-like fog cloaks the peaks and the mountains become invisible, only to then reappear more glorious than ever a few hours later. Whether walking or driving in my part of the world, my 3D eyes consistently feast upon the most incredible beauty and I can feel this shifting something in my energy field.  It is like I can drink in the beauty of 3D and this beauty connects me to the vibrational frequencies of the higher dimensions.

3D is the realm of our physical senses.  This world is full of sensuality:  beautiful color, shapes, texture, sweet and savory tastes, fragrances, soothing touch, pleasurable touch, sexual touch, sounds from birds and animals, from water and the wind.  A world of light and dark.  All of this has the capacity to propel us into those higher realms, but 3D is typically our access point and deserves a place of honor for that.  The cycles of nature are always with us here:  seeds are planted, stems emerge from the earth, buds form and flower, and then we can watch as it all dies away, only to come back in different form. Isn't that a perfect prototype for the journey of our souls?

The challenges of the 3rd dimension are always upon us, as our egos develop to help us navigate physical survival, and our Spirits push us to release ego and develop spiritually. Another way to look at this is that our egos develop to help us navigate in the duality of 3D, while our Spirits keep pushing us toward Oneness.  The irony is that while this can be hard and bring us much suffering if we attach to the ego polarity, it is also a hugely fun game for those of us who have done our inner work, cleared our emotional field, and have accessed both self-love and Divine love while learning to not take the goings on of this dimension too seriously.  This allows us to enjoy the dance and laugh at our awkwardness, turn the music off or put on another tune.

I'm pretty disciplined in many ways, and the purpose of that discipline is to keep me connected to Spirit and the directives of my soul, but there are days when I just want to chuck it all and indulge in 3D.  I want to give in to the petty desires of my ego and sit by the wood stove, read a good novel and sip brandy.  I want to play Spider Solitaire rather than write.  I want to do crossword puzzles rather than do yoga or meditate.

But isn't that the fun of it after all?  If I were perfectly disciplined and always content in my discipline wouldn't that begin to turn me into a robot?  Or so I say to myself.  For those of you really paying attention, you'll notice this is no doubt the tricky voice of my ego creating excuses... or hmmm is it the tricky voice of my ego creating judgements, subtly chastising me for not doing better?  Has this now become the tricky voice of my 3D ego being a "buzz kill," a term that my oldest daughter will put out in the context of "mom, stop being a buzz kill."

Along that line, there's the guilt-inductions my 3D ego also loves to put on me. They go something like this "wow, I have such incredible blessings in my life, what about all the people who don't?"  (which is my ego's code for:  "hmmmm, you better not feel too good.") Now I'm not suggesting it isn't a good thing to appreciate one's blessings and wish the same for others (which I fully do), but to diminish one's joy does not serve the greater good. Yes, I do believe that in 3D terms, "no one is truly free until we are all free."  Yes, I do deeply honor that we are all One, and if you are suffering, you are a part of me and on some level, I must share in this for you.  BUT, by that same token I know that if I am joyful it helps us all, my joy adds to the joyfulness of the whole, and when my life works perfectly for me, it helps your life work equally perfectly for you. So please consider joining me in putting "Having all the joy possible" into our 2012 resolutions.

From a multidimensional point of view, everything in 3D exists in some form in 6D. Remember, we create those 6D mists which then replicate back into 3D.  So let's all join together this new year, and hold that frequency of gratitude, love and joy, and watch those 6D gratitude, love and joy mists grow bigger and bigger, fuller and fuller, showering us all with that energy.

And so my Sister and Brother Earthlings, as we say good-bye to 2011 and walk through the portal of the much-awaited year of 2012, remember to take time to grab some popcorn, put on your 6D glasses, sit on back and enjoy the Earth show.

Being a 3D/5D person on the old/New Earth

It's been an interesting ride the past few days.  Right now my creativity is surging and my multidimensional connection feels more integrated than ever.  After diving into concern and confusion about what my work was truly to be and become, if it was to be and become anything more at all, Spirit tapped me on the shoulder and said "HA!  Ye of little trust... haven't you learned anything!"  Okay.  Okay.  Spirit did tap me on the shoulder and give me some very clear Guidance about the next step of my sacred work, and I simultaneously felt Her loving and gentle humor about the mental/emotional gyrations I've been putting myself through.  But somehow I don't think She would have phrased things quite like that. "Haven't you learned anything!" sounds like my inner 3D judge who, masquerading as Spirit, sneaked right in.

As we are riding this first wave of our ascension process from 3D beings to 5D beings, I'm suspecting I'm not the only one going through some bi-polar dances.  Here's what I wrote a few days ago when I first began this posting:
        
       Feeling stuck back in 3D again... but that's okay.  I know on some level it's part of my process.  As I expand energetically, there seems to be an almost equal period of contraction.  Interesting huh since that is one of the main laws of Newtonian physics, (for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction) or put differently, a primary physical law of the third dimension.
       I was surprised though as this contracted state almost immediately followed a lovely one-day workshop that I taught with Anyaa McAndrew on Activating Our Multidimensional Potential.  We have been getting plenty of emails from our students saying how good they feel -- but, hmmmmm, at least this teacher is experiencing something quite different.

Now that I am at the manic pole, (or at least I was until my husband walked in and we started bickering about ridiculous stuff, which put me momentarily back in the depressive pole,)  I see the magical interweaving of energy; I feel the perfection of the Universe I live in. And I see, yet again, this ecstatic dance is much more fun than doing the bi-polar jig that likes to spin us around and around.

So what's up here?  I know that it is optimum to maintain that lovely sense of equanimity and presence. I know being reactive to all outer stimulation simply disconnects me from my center and Divine wisdom.  And certainly I have worked long and hard at this, practicing over and over the joy of non- reactivity.  SO, why have I been recently so reactive?

As one of those human creatures that I share the planet with, I realize that we never just learn a lesson and then are done with it at least not in the 3rd dimension.  When we are talking about emotional and spiritual healing and development, we are talking about learning the same lesson over and over in a multitude of variations.  AND, while on an individual level I have Saturn transiting my natal Jupiter which is rather a bi-polar energy to start with, I feel this is part of the larger and more generalizable cycle which we are all passing through on our way to Unity Consciousness.

The Mayan calendar ends in 14 days.  We are in the final day of the final underworld:  an 18 day period which is the very last segment of a 16.4 billion year evolutionary cycle.  On the 28th of this month, all of the 9 major cycles or underworlds of the last 16.4 billion years are scheduled to culminate.  How can we not all be feeling this? Our cellular memories are amped up to the max, while the demands of daily life seems to match the intensity of this vibration.

What I have been consistently bringing my awareness back to is the 2 cardinal rules of our present evolution into 5D beings:  1.  Keep opening both the heart and the high heart   2.  Notice and release judgement.  Are you rolling in the aisles yet??  Piece of cake you say?  Surely the evolution-gods and goddesses are yukking it up watching us Earthlings struggle with things that are to become as normal as breathing. But the reality is that these are the biggest challenges for pretty much all of us.  

Let's start with the first concept... that of an open heart and high heart that is filled with unconditional Divine love.  The state that is guaranteed to bring us ongoing bliss.  How many of you were given unconditional love as children?  How many of you had parents who were themselves loved unconditionally, and therefore had a model, or in those days, even the concept of what unconditional love is?   When we have not experienced unconditional love as children, we don't have the natural ability to give this to ourselves.  It's far easier for us to feel unworthy than to feel totally and completely deserving of that magnificent love which we all do deserve. It's far easier for us to feel not good enough than to embrace the perfection of who we really are.  It's far easier for us to get stuck in our egos and therefore in 4D duality, than in the flow of Divine light.

I had an interesting intuitive reading about 10 years ago when I went to a 1/2day workshop on how to publish your spiritual book.  I was told that I wasn't ready to really get out there because I didn't love myself.  I was shocked.  I thought I loved myself.  I thought I had worked all that stuff through years before.  But as I sat with it and really connected with the information, I realized that liking myself and loving myself were not the same.  I had a positive self-concept, but I had not even begun to allow myself to feel the energy of full self-love.  I've had many more moments of that since then, but certainly it has not been consistent... and I'm a pretty together person.  If I've been struggling with it, I would say there's a pretty darn good chance that you have been struggling with this as well.

Unconditional love is an energy.  It's a frequency.  It probably gets swirled out of 9D in some form, gets revved up in 8D, the dimension where Divine love resides, and seeps into the cellular structure of the beings in 5D.  These 5D beings are filled with unconditional love.  It is their nature.  They have, thus far existed above the 4D canopy of duality.  BUT, times are changing.  We Earthlings are ascending, so this has to be shaking up the 9D vertical axis, in addition to shaking up our world.  We are turning into 5D beings but different from the existing 5D beings because we have not always loved ourselves and therefore do not come to unconditional love easily.

Here's some questions to ponder as you go through this process.  Can you love yourself for having to struggle with loving yourself unconditionally?  Can you love yourself for having to struggle with loving others unconditionally?  WHAT does that feel like when you are in a state of pure unconditional love?  Make a mental note when you are there... that will help this show up in your energy field and therefore in your life, more and more frequently.

And what about judgment?!  See if you can go for a day without judging yourself or someone else.  Let me know if you succeed.  Judgments are like clouds in our dimension. They just keep coming.  But unlike clouds, they create tension and constriction and ego inflation.  We want to notice them, which begins to neutralize their energy, but then we might be inclined to judge the tension and constriction and ego inflation as soon as we notice it, and on and on it goes. Like clouds, however, I believe we can learn to just notice the judgments and watch them pass with out getting stuck in their energy.  But these days there sure seem to be a lot of them and I have to really be on my toes, and go very gently with myself.

So how about you out there my fellow Earthlings?  Have the judgments on yourself and others seem to have shown up more frequently?    Do you judge the judgments?  Do you judge yourself judging the judgments?  Wouldn't it be lovely if we could just let all of this fall away like the autumn leaves as they float down on the wind, no longer needed by the trees.

We are in the seesaw/teeter totter time:  up and down, down and up, and ahhhhhh.... there it is -- that moment we find the perfect balance, effortlessly suspended in grace and harmony.  Breathe deep.  Enjoy.  And hold the awareness that at some point, we are likely to make a move that shifts the balance yet again.  We are just in Ascension kindergarten after all.

Oh Blue Star Kachina, You trickster You.

Okay for those of you who haven't heard, scientists think that Comet Elenin is disintegrating and is, at this point, no longer a comet. Hearing this news was a bit of a shock for me.  In the last blog, I had a conversation with Elenin, a fascinating conversation where I was given a strong awareness of the energetic functions comets can play for us and in particular what the purpose of this comet, that I believed to be the Blue Star Kachina, was.  Now with this new information, all sorts of doubts arose for me.

Was this just my imagination?  Why did I get the message to talk to Elenin in the first place, (that's not typical of the intuitive messages I get) and why, when I checked in with Elenin, was it so easy?  Is this all illusion?  Am I writing incorrect information?  Do I have too many rigid opinions that need to get kicked around a bit?  Once I got this new information, I tried to check in with the comet again, but to no avail.

Then as I was going on my daily walk up the mountain, a thought came through that kachinas were associated with coyote medicine or tricksters.  I wasn't sure about this, and certainly didn't want to risk putting forth any more potential "dis-information".  When I got back, I checked the internet to learn that kachinas were often seen as twins of coyote, (noted for their wily jokes and games) and both had a  connection with trickster energy. Well that was a relief!  Or at least it gives me a plausible explanation.

Still this leaves more questions than answers.  If you look at the photos of Elenin after it disintegrated some, you can see its blue-ness much more vividly.  It looked just like I would imagine the Blue Star Kachina should look.  So does that mean that Elenin is the Blue Star Kachina, and our consciousness reached a point where it no longer had to keep heading in this direction?  Does it mean that all we need now is the fragments of Elenin which left small bursts of its energy around for us as a reminder?   Yes, of course, I would like to think that.  But the reality is I don't know.

This morning when I woke up, all I could remember from my dreams was the color blue. This color remained in my mind's eye.  Then I realized it was a message about the Blue Star.  And after another moment, it dawned on me, it was a message about the Blue Star Kachina.  Next the awareness came that the color in my dream was the same color as the photos of Elenin  disintegrating...

So here I go, out on another limb.  I believe that former comet, Elenin, was the Blue Star Kachina of the prophesies, not here to forebode catastrophic harm to the planet (I never bought into that and anyway, we don't need any big cosmic signs to let us know how poorly we've treated Mother Earth and how she is now in desperate need of our loving attention, stewardship and healing), but to herald the new consciousness that is being activated in all of us.  ("For those with eyes to see, and ears to hear.")  I can feel in my heart that enough souls on the planet have shifted.  Despite all the environmental chaos, I strongly believe there is a positive planetary rebirth that will happen and is happening. Therefore, perhaps that wake-up call so many saw us needing, wasn't needed, at least not in dramatic comet form.

It amuses me that I couldn't connect with Comet Elenin after it disintegrated... but of course that is totally logical -- its essence has transformed and fragmented.  It is the trickster helping us (okay me) not hold on to rigid views of what this was all supposed to look like.  It also interests me that 3 of the friends that I immediately mentioned the comet's disintegration to, all had the same response.  "Good!"  They did not share my dilemma about whether Elenin was or wasn't the Blue Star kachina, but rather were relieved that this comet would bring no harm to the planet.

As I've gone through this process over the last week, what I realize is most important for me, and for humanity as a whole, is not that this gets figured out, but instead to remember that we access our multidimensional potential through opening our heart, through activating unconditional love for ourselves and all other beings, which in turn, creates a frequency that aligns us with the 5th dimension.  For those of you who have been following this blog or in other ways familiarizing yourself with the 9D vertical axis that Hand Clow brought forth for us, you will see how unconditional love with its 5D frequency allows us to bi-pass 4D and its potential blockages.  When we are fully in the energy of unconditional love, our egos cannot keep us stuck in any 4D polarity.  We are released from attachments to all dramas that drain us, put us into victim consciousness and lower our frequency.  When we are in unconditional love, these dramas simply have no power over us.  We become automatically open to all higher dimensional parts of ourselves.

So the lesson here for me is clear.  It doesn't matter if Elenin is the Blue Star Kachina.  It only matters that I bathe myself and all I come in contact with, with as much unconditional love as possible, for it is only this that truly create the New Earth.

I'm also clear that should I have ever have the impulse to interview Elenin again, the only response I'll get is "No comet."

Keep opening your hearts brother and sister Earthlings, and just when you think they are open as far as they can be, open them even more.  And keep showering yourselves with love.  It helps us all.

Are We All Dying... to Get Better?

My mother-in-law is due to die any time now.  She's 90 and suffering from a brain tumor which is beginning to close down her biological systems.  Yes, I'm sad.  She was/is a great lady and a wonderful mother-in-law.  And going through this also has me pondering the phenomenon we call death, and makes me wonder about death from a multidimensional point of view.


There are two Egyptian concepts that speak to this.  One is the ka, our energy body that holds all our potential for this lifetime, and the other is the ba, which is our soul essence. The ka is part of the 9D vertical axis and seems to be created from an interplay between 3D and 6D.  The ba which is immortal, brings in a broader horizontal view of multidimensionality, because it is the Essence that keeps reincarnating.  Since linear time is an illusion and all time actually occurs simultaneously, than our ba is actually existing on several timelines at once.  It is conceivable that a fully conscious person would have a sense of all their ba manifestations. 

The ancient Egyptians believed that the ka body actually hangs out on the planet after one has transitioned, because the person's energy doesn't die.  I knew a very advanced Yoga Nidra teacher who would meditate at the morgue with cadavers to connect with the energy of the person who had passed. What we consider to be ghosts or specters can occur because of the ka.  Objects a person owns hold their ka energy as well. And does this energy somehow transfer to the genetic pool of one's offspring, grandchildren, great grandchildren as the Egyptians believed? 


I think after a while, the ka energy would transform and dissipate.  But since our ka is a 6D phenomenon, what happens in that dimension after a person passes?  Does their ka just begin to fizzle out because the 3D connection is gone?  Does that geometric light pattern automatically replicate in one's gene pool?  What happens to people who don't have biological children?  At some point I imagine this energy configuration goes through a transformation -- become transpersonal rather than personal.  Could this be what our collective cellular memory is made of?

What we do know is that death is a very 3D experience.  There is no biological decay in the higher dimensions.  There is decay in 2D, the realm of the crystals and elements, bacteria and viruses, but the decay in that realm is very slow.  Elements and crystals may erode, but they still function as elements and crystals. Our physical bodies, however, and the bodies of all sentient beings and plant life on the planet go through this birth and death cycle pretty quickly in the world of linear time.


As humans in 3D, we are in a unique position because we know our bodies will die and that more than likely we'll be watching as this happens.  What does this mean for our psyches?  When one is 95 and knows that death is inevitably coming soon, but not necessarily knowing what will cause this transition to occur and when this transition will happen, what is that like?  I suppose one must either go for complete surrender, release control and live in the moment, (my first choice) or one goes into a state of anxiety and/or denial. 


When my mother-in-law passes, what will happen to her ba and her ka?  If the Egyptians are accurate, once her body goes, her ba will get released and continue to reincarnate until it reaches a level of consciousness, a level of illumination, to re-merge with Source.  Maybe that ba will come in as one of my grandchildren.  What about her ka, her unique energy body?  Will she just reconfigure into another geometric pattern in 6D.


As we go through this ascension process with our frequency speeding up, will that slow the 3D decay?  Is it already?  I'm about to turn 65 in a few weeks.  I'm a long way from old, although that age has been labelled old in our culture.  Certainly exercise, good nutrition, and good genes all help, but is there something more happening for all of us?


Or is this just a lot of ba humbug-ing?  And way beyond our ka-prehension?

The Solstice Portals: Getting Ready for the Big Blast

It's Summer Solstice today, one of the two most powerful days of the year, and exactly a year and 1/2 from the highly prophesized Winter Solstice of 2012.  I've been thinking a lot about what I believe will happen on that day in 2012, and what we need to be doing to get ready.  


Much of what I've learned and have been teaching about for decades, is that humanity is in the process of taking an evolutionary leap.  This evolutionary process has been accelerating on the planet since the harmonic Convergence of 1987 and is due to culminate next year on December 21st.  It is a leap of consciousness, giving  humanity the opportunity to create a New Earth based on love, peace, spiritual maturity and harmony.  It is no accident that Eckhart Tolle's book by that name became a best seller a few years ago, and the internet series that he and Oprah Winfrey offered was watched by millions!  We can all feel this happening.  Both humans and the planet itself keep vibrating more quickly, at a higher and higher frequency.  On a cellular level, this means that we have become more like light: we are literally becoming en-lightened. 


From a multidimensional perspective, this vibratory shift means we are learning to hold the frequency of 5D.  On our 9 dimensional vertical axis, the vibration of 5D is the only higher dimension that is compatible with our 3D biology.  Remember 5D holds the frequency of love and creativity.  It also holds Unity Consciousness.  Somewhere in the early 90's, spiritual teachers everywhere spontaneously began to help people open their hearts.  While the 60's mantra of "peace and love" was of course, an important predecessor, what has been happening for the last 20 or so years has taken this further.  People have been healing their heart wounds  which has allowed them to open their heart chakras more and more.  It now is common language to hear phrases like "speaking from one's heart" or "coming from one's heart."  It's also important to realize that healing those emotional wounds helped us get free from the duality of the 4D canopy and allowed it to become more permeable, thus opening us to the frequencies of the higher dimensions. 


Some people, of course, get stuck in fear as the ground beneath us shakes us loose of the old ways.  They hold tighter to old thought and behavior patterns.  The special interest groups behind our institutions are equally afraid and are vehemently and passionately attempting to stop and reverse this planetary process.  While that will make it harder for some, I have no doubt that we have hit the point of no return.  This is happening, and the more of us that get on board, the more gentle this shift will be.  I believe we are being asked to send love to those who are afraid, including to the institutions and people who run them.  The irony is we will truly all benefit from this change and be able to live richer, more fulfilling lives even if we sacrifice wealth and power.


We know the old must die to the new, and so while I hold the vision of us ushering in the Golden age that has been predicted from numerous sources throughout the ages, I also know that the death throes of our old world can be very painful.  The weather alone caused from the Earth changes are daunting.  I don't remember losing electricity as a child or for that matter for most of my adult life.  Now to get through the year without losing electric power is something to be grateful for as the frequency and intensity of storms, tornadoes, blizzards and hurricane continues to grow.  We are also re-learning a lesson that many of us began to glean in the late 60's and early 70's:  we need to become more and more self-sufficient and sustainable.  I remember the old bumper sticker that many of my friends had: "Think Globally, Act Locally."  While that was good advice back then, it is essential information for our current and coming times.  Figure out how to create your own electricity or to live well without it.  Make sure you have a good supply of food and water on hand.  But most importantly clear out any blocks to your being resourceful, creative, cooperative and kind should you be thrown into a crisis situation.


This year's Solstice is wedged between 3 eclipses in 4 weeks.  Lightworkers.org gives a lovely summary of what these eclipses mean for us.   Peggy Black, one of the site's channels, speaks of eclipses as portals to "Bathe Our Consciousness in New Energy."  She goes on to explain that this is a time where we can activate amazing shifts in both our individual lives and the collective... AND, (this is key for what I'm really wanting to write about today) "It is so important to remember that we are the anchors - the chalices - for this DIVINE EVOLUTIONARY SHIFT"  (www.lightworkers.org entry 6/15/11)


This is exactly what I'm getting intuitively.  The night before I read this, I was talking with my husband and pondering what is really being asked of us as preparation for 2012.   I got so clearly that on 12/21/12 the biggest portal of all would open, and that we need to keep expanding our abilities as receptors for this new frequency.  The chalice image is perfect.  As each new portal opens,  and Solstices, just like eclipses are a time when amazingly powerful portals open, we are being bombarded with ever-higher frequency light.  This light is holding transformative intelligence that will allow us to activate and hold this planetary shift.  When I hear talk about us being in an ascension process, this is what it means to me: we will ascend to (in other words be vibrating at or close to the same speed as) 5D frequency, yet still be walking in our 3D bodies on what we will still feel, look and sound like a 3D planet.

Hand Clow explains the change in frequency is coming from the gamma rays which have been hitting the Earth since 1998, as the Earth moves into what she calls the Photon band.  She gives a lovely scientific explanation about how these gamma rays carry consciousness to us.  What I saw and heard loud and clear as the receptor image came to me,  is that we are the Holy Grail.  On Winter Solstice 2012, we are quite literally going to be blasted with this energy.  Remember Galactic Center is 9D and it has been moving into conjunction with our Winter Solstice Sun which is at 29% Sagitarrius, since the late 90's.  The winter solstice of 2010 also coincided with a very powerful eclipse. The energies keep increasing, and the energy from the portal of 12/21/12 may exceed our wildest imagination.  In order to utilize it at its best, we need to keep readying ourselves to receive this powerful and beautiful energy.   We are developing rapidly and being asked to get those chalices ready for the BIG BLAST of light.


I presented yet another workshop on multidimensionality this weekend.  This workshop was a 2-day event taught with my dear friend and colleague, Anyaa McAndrew.  We had a circle of 12 of her students.  Once again I was awed to see how this multidimensional model informed people to tune in and refine what they already knew.  And as always, it inspires me when I see the number of people who are conscious and stepping into their higher dimensional frequency.


I believe in my heart there will be enough of us being chalices, receptors... for the big frequency blast.  And I hope it will be a great celebratory event, and we'll be having a blast as we used to say in the early 60's.  I hope too that we will tell the story to our future generations, that this was a magical and transformative time and nothing has ever been quite the same since.


So get ready for the party, my fellow-Earthlings.  Keep doing your inner work.  Keep opening your hearts and shining out love.  Keep putting your roots in the core of Gaia.  .... "For the times they are a-changin...."

Charlotte's Web of Light and Dark

I just returned from presenting a workshop on multidimensionality in Charlotte, NC.  One of the assistant ministers at this small Unity Church in Charlotte found me on Facebook, and even though he knew nothing about me or multidimensionality, there was something that called him to invite me to his church to offer this afternoon event.  There were only 3 people signed up when I left home the day before, but Spirit kept telling me to go, so off I went.


10 people actually came to the workshop, which proved to be a perfect size:  intimate so that everyone could make deep connections, and dynamic as everyone shared their input and experiences.   It was a fabulous group.  Very diverse and very developed. The oldest participant was 91.  The youngest folks were in their 30's.  There were 2 African Americans, a Latino, and both men and women.  There seemed large variations in socioeconomic and educational backgrounds as well.  But what we all shared were loving hearts, a commitment to spiritual growth and consciousness, and a passion to not just heal ourselves, but to heal the planet. 


While most of the group had not been exposed to the idea that we had the ability to hold the frequency and intelligence of all 9-dimensions on the vertical access,  most everyone was able to connect deeply with their  multidimensional potential through the meditations.  Many began to realize they were already intuitively connected with these dimensions prior to attending the workshop.     


I ended by talking about British physicist, Joseph Barbour and his explanation of the mists in 6D.  For those of you following this blog and/or who have read Barbara Hand Clow's Alchemy of 9 Dimensions or know of Barbour through his work, you might remember that he wrote of a "hypothetical" place he called Platonia.  Platonia has all the characteristics of the 6th dimension, and of course, as its name suggests, corresponds to Plato's world of forms.  Barbour not only used his scientific prowess to hypothesize the existence of Platonia, but to prove it exists mathematically.   He explains that there are mists in this 6th dimensional place, which are formed by the thoughts humans hold in their "now." Those mists then replicate in 3D.  So, as I pointed out to my group, we can see how collective belief systems not only have been created, but also how we can shift them to change our world.  


In 1960, probably 95% of people on the planet believed that "war was inevitable."  That created a hugely thick mist in 6D which kept replicating as war on the Earth.  The protests over the Vietnam war began to shift that belief system so now there are a substantial number of people who believe "peace is possible."  This is beginning to thin the War mist, and thicken the Peace mist.  When we have enough people putting the "peace is possible" thought form into that 6D mist, it will become thicker than the war mist.  At that point, peace will replicate on the planet, and voila, no more war.  The same goes for gender and racial equality, and pretty much any social issue you can think of.


This is vital information to us because it provides a powerful tool we can use to continue collapsing the negative pyramidal structures that I spoke of in my last blog entry.  Our ability to collapse these structures, which are all over our globe and which hold the energies of suffering and oppression in place on the planet, continues to expand.  I am seeing these structures crumbling everywhere, as more of us who have unwittingly held their foundation in place shift out of the belief systems that have fed those particular 6D mists.  As we refuse to buy into the reality that allows greed, domination and violence to rule the planet, those constructs, which have controlled us for millenniums, must ultimately fall.  We each can play an active part in this process in several ways:  first, we need to keep clearing the shadows of greed, domination and violence within ourselves by integrating those polarities so that the 4D canopy stays permeable, we need to keep expanding the 5D love energy in our hearts, and we need to send ongoing thought forms of generosity, justice, equality and peace into 6D. 


Back to this special group of attendees.  One of the participants spoke of her resentment about the negative forces that had taken hold of Charlotte.  In response, several people let her know they were all working to counteract this energetically.  Charlotte is a banking capital.  The energy of greed has oppressed this potentially lovely city.  More and more light-workers are drawn there now to do this work to collapse that energetic pyramid which has harmed the masses who have unconsciously held this structure in place in order that those at the top may remain and obtain positions of wealth, power and control. This is what is happening to the web in Charlotte which is just one city in just one state in just one country.  The process of collapsing these pyramids is happening everywhere!


The accelerated energy on the planet is more potent than ever.  There are 3 powerful eclipses occurring between June 1st and July 1st, and this is intensifying the collective transformation inside us as well as outside of us.  It is truly shaking all of our foundations and asking that we release our attachment to the old that it may die a more gentle death.  As the old passes, we are gestating the new structures based on 8th dimensional Guidance which will usher in the Golden Age.  Birthing is the most powerful experience I have ever had, and this coming birth is one that my soul and perhaps yours, has been yearning for, for a very long time.  


So practice your breathing techniques, folks. Our society may be rampantly passing out drugs to dull the experience, but there's nothing like natural childbirth to know one is truly embodied and alive.  Our new creation has the potential to fulfill our deepest longing and outdo our wildest dreams.

Collapsing the Patriarchy on Planet Earth: An 8D/4D Adventure

We are in a portal of time when we can use 8th dimensional consciousness to collapse the dysfunctional power structures that have held us hostage for millenniums.  The largest and loudest of these power structures is the Patriarchy.  The Divine Order of 8D,  provides Wisdom and Guidance rather than dogma and authoritarian structure, but as it moves downward through the dimensions and becomes polarized in 4D, humans become vulnerable to getting caught in the dualized version of that energy.  This is what gives rise to these negative structures. 


For those of you reading this blog regularly and/or coming to my workshops, you already know that when higher dimensional light reaches the 4D canopy, it splits into positive and negative poles.  This creates a negative potential for the energy to get stuck in one pole or the other, distorting its original intent.  (Hand Clow explains this phenomenon in her Alchemy of 9 Dimensions and shows us how we get stuck in that duality.)  So, as Divine Guidance comes from 8D and travels down through the dimensions, two different options become available:  If we are able to stay in the archetypal stream of 4D, we will find love, consciousness and inspiration, but if instead the energy moves into 4D duality, we'll find dogma and dominance.  It is this dogma and dominance that has fueled the Patriarchy on this planet, oppressing the spirit of both men and women, and creating harm to all sentient beings including the planet herself.  This is often acted out in 3D through religious structures that say one can only be a good person if one follows that religion's particular set of rules and buys into its belief system.  (We all know how many wars have been started on the planet under the umbrella of one religion or the other.)


The 8D/4D relationship is similar to the distinction of power vs force that David Hawkins makes in his book of the same name.  Hawkins defines power as being connected to Divine presence or Consciousness, which allows us access to our full potential vs. force, which keeps us disconnected and vulnerable to being controlled.  This results in our being dominated by or dominating others.  Clearly power, in Hawkins definition, has a very high vibrational frequency, and force has a much lower one. (4D muck if you will.)


I've been reading Sue Monk Kidd's "Dance of the Dissident Daughter," a book about her personal awakening that allowed her to break free of patriarchal consciousness.  This was written over 15 years ago, but while I had heard the title and I love Monk Kidd's novels, I was never called to read this. As I'm reading the book, I'm realizing why I hadn't been called to read it before.  The journey she writes about is a journey I had been privileged to take many years before that book was written.  I had broken out of patriarchal consciousness in my 20's and had instinctively embraced the Divine Feminine.   My adult life flowed well from there and so I was not compelled to read about her particular awakening, which has inspired many other women to get free and connect with that beautiful, wise powerful Feminine within.


Unlike Monk Kidd, I had thankfully not been raised in a faith tradition that had any hold on me.  I broke away from standard religious thought in my teen years and had a natural aversion to all organized male-dominated religions.  Despite my childhood awareness that orthodox Jewish men gathered each morning and in their prayer thanked "God" they were not born a woman, that just seemed so absurd to me, I never gave it any credence.  My ongoing joke when I think my husband  speaks or behaves in a way that has vestiges of unevolved male energy is for me to say (with all sincerity I might add)  "Thank Goddess I wasn't born a man."  Which typically gets us both laughing.


BUT now, this is a perfect book for me.  As I'm studying and teaching about becoming a multidimensional human, and understanding more about how patriarchal religions conspire with 4th dimensional forces to keep humankind disempowered and disconnected, this book is a reminder of how important it is that we navigate 4D in such a way that we have access to 8D consciousness. It is this access that gives us the power to shift 
the very structures that hold these negative thought forms together.


The patriarchy is lodged in 4D archetypes such as God, Yahweh, and Zeus. Jesus and Buddha are also represented in 4D in their lower vibrational forms as are other enlightened masters of all traditions;  they've all had their teachings distorted in 4D.   These are not archetypes that hold the energy of Divine Mind or 8D consciousness.  Rather they are symbols that have lodged in our psyches to create a grave imbalance on Planet Earth.  This imbalance has disconnected all women and men from wholeness, and has therefore promoted untold harm.  Perhaps it was developmentally necessary to get us to this point, (this I'm not sure of) but without question, it is time to fully disengage these patriarchal forces and give rise to the collective sacred union of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine which will restore peace and balance and consciousness on our planet.   This happens through directly accessing 8D.


To live on that 9D vertical access that Hand Clow speaks of, we need to live with authenticity.  This is impossible unless we are free from numerous belief systems that have kept us in a collective trance.  This collective trance is directly linked with distortions in 4D consciousness.  When we break through this, we have automatic access to 8D.  In her writing on the 8th dimension, Hand Clow uses a pyramid model to show how we are held "prisoners" to jobs, relationships or other lifestyle choices that don't affirm or empower us.  Essentially the power elite operate the pyramid and keep themselves at the top.  But they can only maintain this if everyone underneath plays the game.  A pyramid is only as strong as its foundation.  If those masses of us on the lower tiers of the pyramid refuse to play, the disempowering, dysfunctional structure will topple, or as she says "the pyramid will collapse." 

We have to wake up in order to realize that we have the power to "refuse to play."  We have to look within our own psyches, find those dysfunctional beliefs and transform them.  We each have to be willing to risk breaking free from conventional wisdom and living life from our inner awareness, not from cultural norms or rules.  While I know from experience, this is hugely satisfying, I also understand that it is very scary to walk away from 5000 plus years of so-called "tradition."


But just think of what a great party it will be to stand back and watch that old pyramid just collapse before our eyes, knowing that we can hold loving, positive 8D visions of what will replace it.  So "gather 'round people", it's time!  I can hear those stones beginning to rumble...
