Collapsing the Patriarchy on Planet Earth: An 8D/4D Adventure

We are in a portal of time when we can use 8th dimensional consciousness to collapse the dysfunctional power structures that have held us hostage for millenniums.  The largest and loudest of these power structures is the Patriarchy.  The Divine Order of 8D,  provides Wisdom and Guidance rather than dogma and authoritarian structure, but as it moves downward through the dimensions and becomes polarized in 4D, humans become vulnerable to getting caught in the dualized version of that energy.  This is what gives rise to these negative structures.

For those of you reading this blog regularly and/or coming to my workshops, you already know that when higher dimensional light reaches the 4D canopy, it splits into positive and negative poles.  This creates a negative potential for the energy to get stuck in one pole or the other, distorting its original intent.  (Hand Clow explains this phenomenon in her Alchemy of 9 Dimensions and shows us how we get stuck in that duality.)  So, as Divine Guidance comes from 8D and travels down through the dimensions, two different options become available:  If we are able to stay in the archetypal stream of 4D, we will find love, consciousness and inspiration, but if instead the energy moves into 4D duality, we'll find dogma and dominance.  It is this dogma and dominance that has fueled the Patriarchy on this planet, oppressing the spirit of both men and women, and creating harm to all sentient beings including the planet herself.  This is often acted out in 3D through religious structures that say one can only be a good person if one follows that religion's particular set of rules and buys into its belief system.  (We all know how many wars have been started on the planet under the umbrella of one religion or the other.)

The 8D/4D relationship is similar to the distinction of power vs force that David Hawkins makes in his book of the same name.  Hawkins defines power as being connected to Divine presence or Consciousness, which allows us access to our full potential vs. force, which keeps us disconnected and vulnerable to being controlled.  This results in our being dominated by or dominating others.  Clearly power, in Hawkins definition, has a very high vibrational frequency, and force has a much lower one. (4D muck if you will.)

I've been reading Sue Monk Kidd's "Dance of the Dissident Daughter," a book about her personal awakening that allowed her to break free of patriarchal consciousness.  This was written over 15 years ago, but while I had heard the title and I love Monk Kidd's novels, I was never called to read this. As I'm reading the book, I'm realizing why I hadn't been called to read it before.  The journey she writes about is a journey I had been privileged to take many years before that book was written.  I had broken out of patriarchal consciousness in my 20's and had instinctively embraced the Divine Feminine.   My adult life flowed well from there and so I was not compelled to read about her particular awakening, which has inspired many other women to get free and connect with that beautiful, wise powerful Feminine within.

Unlike Monk Kidd, I had thankfully not been raised in a faith tradition that had any hold on me.  I broke away from standard religious thought in my teen years and had a natural aversion to all organized male-dominated religions.  Despite my childhood awareness that orthodox Jewish men gathered each morning and in their prayer thanked "God" they were not born a woman, that just seemed so absurd to me, I never gave it any credence.  My ongoing joke when I think my husband  speaks or behaves in a way that has vestiges of unevolved male energy is for me to say (with all sincerity I might add)  "Thank Goddess I wasn't born a man."  Which typically gets us both laughing.

BUT now, this is a perfect book for me.  As I'm studying and teaching about becoming a multidimensional human, and understanding more about how patriarchal religions conspire with 4th dimensional forces to keep humankind disempowered and disconnected, this book is a reminder of how important it is that we navigate 4D in such a way that we have access to 8D consciousness. It is this access that gives us the power to shift
the very structures that hold these negative thought forms together.

The patriarchy is lodged in 4D archetypes such as God, Yahweh, and Zeus. Jesus and Buddha are also represented in 4D in their lower vibrational forms as are other enlightened masters of all traditions;  they've all had their teachings distorted in 4D.   These are not archetypes that hold the energy of Divine Mind or 8D consciousness.  Rather they are symbols that have lodged in our psyches to create a grave imbalance on Planet Earth.  This imbalance has disconnected all women and men from wholeness, and has therefore promoted untold harm.  Perhaps it was developmentally necessary to get us to this point, (this I'm not sure of) but without question, it is time to fully disengage these patriarchal forces and give rise to the collective sacred union of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine which will restore peace and balance and consciousness on our planet.   This happens through directly accessing 8D.

To live on that 9D vertical access that Hand Clow speaks of, we need to live with authenticity.  This is impossible unless we are free from numerous belief systems that have kept us in a collective trance.  This collective trance is directly linked with distortions in 4D consciousness.  When we break through this, we have automatic access to 8D.  In her writing on the 8th dimension, Hand Clow uses a pyramid model to show how we are held "prisoners" to jobs, relationships or other lifestyle choices that don't affirm or empower us.  Essentially the power elite operate the pyramid and keep themselves at the top.  But they can only maintain this if everyone underneath plays the game.  A pyramid is only as strong as its foundation.  If those masses of us on the lower tiers of the pyramid refuse to play, the disempowering, dysfunctional structure will topple, or as she says "the pyramid will collapse."

We have to wake up in order to realize that we have the power to "refuse to play."  We have to look within our own psyches, find those dysfunctional beliefs and transform them.  We each have to be willing to risk breaking free from conventional wisdom and living life from our inner awareness, not from cultural norms or rules.  While I know from experience, this is hugely satisfying, I also understand that it is very scary to walk away from 5000 plus years of so-called "tradition."

But just think of what a great party it will be to stand back and watch that old pyramid just collapse before our eyes, knowing that we can hold loving, positive 8D visions of what will replace it.  So "gather 'round people", it's time!  I can hear those stones beginning to rumble...

Meanderings of my Multidimensional Experience

Last weekend, I had another opportunity to bring multidimensional consciousness to people attending my workshop in Springfield, IL.  I noticed something had changed in me.  As I was going over my notes that morning, instead of feeling slightly overwhelmed about the task before me, which has historically been my experience before I present a workshop, I was feeling excited because I had access to a group of people who really wanted to learn about and experience their 9D self.  Did this mean I was fully connected to my ka?  And that I was no longer stuck in any 4D polarity about getting out into the world?  And if so, what had I done to make this happen?

While most of my life flows well and is amazingly filled with ease and grace,  getting my work out to a larger audience has been an ongoing challenge for me.  From the time I published my first book, Journey to Wholeness, I suddenly developed fear about public speaking.  Prior to that, it was easy for me to speak before groups, but putting that book out, with its potential to propel me into a bigger professional world, left me suddenly anxious about giving even small presentations.  That was 15 years ago.

Because of that fear, I was pushed to look more deeply into other lifetime experiences and found that my soul had gone through a lot of trauma from speaking spiritual truth.  I worked very hard at healing this, and while it got considerably better, it wasn't until this past January, when I was able to see my struggle from a multidimensional perspective and realize I was getting caught in 4D duality, that I finally was able to get free.  And it wasn't until I was doing that last bit of preparation last Sunday morning that I realized this had been fully successful.

I remembered a  defining moment when I was preparing for my January multidimensional workshop.  I read over my notes on teaching people that any bit of drama in their lives was a sign they were not navigating 4D effectively.  At the same time, I realized I was feeling some anxiousness about presenting the workshop, and that this was a form of drama,  and therefore a sign I was caught in 4D.

I'm very committed to walking my talk.  This intent has brought me profound gifts throughout my life since as a healer and teacher, I have to be very astute about identifying and transforming my own issues.  I've learned to recognize what is going on for me pretty quickly and to do whatever I have in my power to do to heal them.  I believe this has saved me from a huge amount of suffering.  So when the 4D awareness hit me, I immediately went inside and looked at the polarity I was stuck in around giving public presentations.  It went something like this:

People will love what I have to say and I will become famous and that will be scary because what if I can't muster the energy, what if I have to sacrifice my personal life to carry this out, what if I have to deal with people projecting all sorts of nonsense onto me and always wanting a piece of me?
OR
People will hate what I had to say and reject me and say that my teachings are ridiculous or redundant or evil, and who did I think I am anyway?

I took a few deep centering breaths, went inward and did a mini-version of the exercise I was planning to present that afternoon.  First I let myself feel the fear of getting overwhelmed and messing with my very balanced life by everyone wanting a piece of me, projecting on me, etc, and got a good sense of how this felt.  Then I went into the feeling of being rejected and looked down upon, and just let myself experience this.  Finally, I imagined becoming totally spacious and connected to my ka, and from this state of being, invited both of those parts within myself, holding a loving container as I embraced them.  Magically, I could feel the shift.

As I said above, I have been working in numerous ways for 15 years to bring about that change.  I have  worked diligently to heal the experience of other lifetimes.  I wrote another book about allowing Spirit to lead and quelling ego which I did my best to practice every day.  I pushed myself to be out in public more.  And that was all very useful.  Things improved.  But they did not totally shift until I worked from a 4D perspective.  Now I know even more strongly than before, why bringing multidimensional consciousness to the world is more important than ever.

Of course, given that the Universe has a wicked sense of humor, I came back home to our community and into a hornets' nest of drama.  I was able to do my 4D work and integrate the polarity to some degree, and I could see that ultimately this experience would be growth-producing both individually and collectively.  But oh yeah, I got sick in the process and my ka hit the road for a day or so, and okay okay... trying to be a 9D human might very well attract even more tricky challenges and I might as well keep sucking it up and... of course... keep integrating.

Hope this finds you all well and inspired on this holiday weekend.  The sun is shining here in the mountains, the birds are singing and I'm feeling very grateful to get to hang out in such 3D beauty while being presented with the ongoing lessons of multidimensional Earth school.  If you have any 4D dramas coming your way, remember you can use that integrative technique as well.... or better yet, come to my upcoming workshops.

Birthing the New Earth with Ease and Grace

I was at the 6th annual Wise Wolf Women's Council this weekend which takes place in the Isis Cove community where I live.   Over a hundred women from all over the world came together to do ceremony, ritual and visioning.  My ritual was about activating our 9-dimensional codes.  The response was huge... OF COURSE because NOW is the time.

We are all being Called.  All that DNA potential that has been stifled for millenniums is now bursting forth.  People everywhere are activating the multidimensional codes that have always been inside our genes in numerous ways, often without being aware this is happening.  As we find ourselves ever closer to the Mayan calendar's "end of time," those codes have to get unlocked so that we can enter a new portal of consciousness and transform our world.

Multidimensional consciousness is everywhere right now, and my experience over the weekend showed me how hungry people are to learn more, to have a better understanding of what this is about.  For as we step into our multidimensionality, we automatically begin to see the bigger story about being a human on planet Earth.  And we begin to sense, if not know, exactly what our role is and why we are here right now.

A critical learning in opening up our multidimensionally is how to navigate 4D in order not to get stuck in its  duality.  Remember 4D duality blocks our access to our higher dimensional gifts.  There are numerous ways to navigate.  Ceremony and ritual are one way to stay in the archetypal stream and out of 4D duality.  Processes like Shamanic Breathwork are another way.  Clearing our emotional trauma and dysfunctional belief systems through skilled psychotherapy is yet another way.  The main point is how important it is to gain mastery over the 4D realms so as not to get caught in negative dramas that will keep us and our world living the little story that has been wracked with violence and suffering.

As we learn how to move into the archetypal stream without getting caught in 4D polarity, we begin what can be, an easy and graceful ascent into becoming 5th dimensional beings while living in the 3D realms.  The 5th dimension is the place of the heart, creativity and Unity consciousness.  While all the 9 dimensions are intricately connected, 5D is the dimension where we can be in human form but operate at a much more evolved frequency and still remain on planet Earth.  So while we will have access to the intelligences of all the 9 dimensions, the fifth is what we will physically resonate with. It is where our evolutionary leap will take us.

We have made a collective agreement that at a certain point in the development of our species, we would take an evolutionary leap that would create a vibration of love, harmony, Oneness and peace on Planet Earth.  The Mayan calendar holds wisdom that was channelled down to the planet directly from the ninth dimension.  9D created time cycles that would coincide with time cycles for our planetary and human development... but there is a bigger picture than that.  There is consciousness throughout the Universe that is intertwined with our evolution here.  While, we have the capacity to hold all that awareness  (we are One, after all), it helps to realize the interconnectedness is not just about our ecological system on the planet, or how our psyches are a reflection of the collective.  It is not just about the interconnectedness of the 9 dimensions on our vertical axis, but this interconnection is everywhere through out our galaxy  and beyond.

This is a very big story indeed.  And as the winds of change rip through our planet, we are asked to be more flexible and creative than ever.  Gurdjieff wrote that humans are most attached to their suffering.  Think about this.  Suffering comes from our attachment to 4D duality.  We have the capacity to break through this.  If you are suffering in your own life, commit to the healing journey that will release you.  And hold images for us all, that we can transition with grace and ease.

We hold collective beliefs that birth has to be exceedingly painful.  This is a myth.  Certainly it can be painful, but having birthed my 3 children at home (and drug free) I see an important parallel to this collective birthing process.  I had been blessed in that I had never heard horror stories about birthing as most women in our society have.  I knew home birth was the right process for me, and that it was a natural, ecstatic and empowering experience.  While my first birth was tricky, and my second birth full of chanting to ride those challenging contractions, by my third birth, I was able to visualize my cervix opening, and voila, out he came, easy as could be.  Let's take that metaphor with us.  Birthing our new Earth does not have to involve mass suffering unless we refuse to transform that long-cherished belief.

So, open your hearts, and then open them some more.  Hang on tight, this could prove to be the most exciting and satisfying ride of your life.

Journeying through My Mind... Trying to Align with the Divine

Woke up this morning feeling great, until that strange mechanism we call mind began to operate, telling me my blog was overdue and my presentation for next Friday not yet started, and my days packed with people and activities that weren't going to allow for much space to complete this all in.  Oh, but then those amazing birds that live in the trees outside my bedroom windows were singing and chirping and calling out to one another and I lost myself in their beautiful symphony, momentarily surrendering, before I foolishly called my mind back.

As I languished in that momentary surrender, I thought about how those birds were activating the frequency of the 7th Dimension and my ears were bringing that resonance inside my body, and my body being mostly water, was then creating energy configurations within me that aligned with the sacred geometry of 6D. Ahhhhhhhh.  And, oh yes, how the hell was I going to get everything done I needed to get done?

Which got me thinking about time, and how time spirals out of the 9th Dimension, and how I don't claim to really understand what that means yet, except that it's connected with the Mayan calendar.  Still I've known for decades that what we call linear time is an illusion.  So maybe I don't have to worry about my lack of time after-all since that too would be an illusion.

And isn't the 9th Dimension where God or The Divine resides, at least as much of the Divine as is needed to provide the Creative Force in our world and as much as we are able to glean at this point in our evolution?  And maybe I have the potential to get in perfect alignment with that energy.  God is not worried about getting His/Her blog done.   Or getting behind in Creation.  Maybe God can just chill and  enjoy the birds singing and go "tee hee" watching us humans in 3D thinking our deadlines are so darn important.

(Hmmmmm.  Dead-lines.  Now there's an interesting word.  Wonder what "dead-lines" look like in 6D. Safe to say, not an image I'd want to hang on my walls.)

The solution to my time "problem" is therefore easy... all I have to do is become God.  Or as those of us who label God as an old paradigm word prefer to say,  I need to align with the Divine.  (More tee hee-ing from 9D... and maybe a "duh!" or two... After all doesn't this blog writer offer a workshop on getting in Divine alignment... and hasn't she been teaching that one for almost 10 years? ... ho ho ho, those humans slay Me.)

The words are appearing magically before my eyes as my fingers push letters on my keyboard.  Now I know that I can take a deep breath, and smile in amazement.  Even when I think I'm up the Archetypal Stream (re: last week's blog) without a paddle, and even when Divine Connection seems to have skipped town, all I have to do is listen to the birds and know that somehow I hold the whole resonance of Creation within me.  I can just let that mind of mine settle down and stop its chatter, and something will bring itself forth.

And so it did.

Happy Easter, and may you resurrect passion and creativity in all areas of your life.

A plunge into the Archetypal Stream

These are magical times.  Sometimes the magic is light and inspiring:  you have a wish, thought, desire one moment and it manifests in the next;  you think of someone you care for and haven't heard from in a long time and suddenly the phone rings or an email pops up.  Sometimes the magic is dark and overwhelming:  an earthquake occurs and nuclear reactors melt and spew radiation into our air and water, and we know without question, we are being lied to and the environmental destruction is daunting and affects us all.

This current journey on Planet Earth calls us to stay more centered and loving than ever.  And, this is a tall task.  To stand in our personal power with loving hearts and a positive vision while all that we believed to be true is crumbling beneath our feet -- now that's something that can build character, evolve your soul and teach you how to walk through your daily life in a state of expanded consciousness, if you have the tools you need to navigate in this new territory.

Because the frequency of our planet is speeding up, our access to higher dimensional awareness is more open than ever, but an essential skill for all of us is to know how to handle 4th Dimension challenges .  Remember 4D is like a canopy over us and when light from the higher dimensions enters it, it splits into positive and negative poles.  There is nothing inherently wrong with that because polarity creates a dynamic energy that brings forth physical manifestation in 3D.  It's the yin/yang, the male/female energy that asks us to hold the energy of sacred union.  But when we we are not consciously holding this integration of opposites, we create duality by getting attached  to one pole or the other.  This creates negative emotional dramas that stress us, distract us, and can, if we are not careful, cause us to behave in ways that are harmful to ourselves, to others, and to our planet.  It's really important to learn how to release this attachment and instead to hold awareness in such a way that we allow the themes of these dramas to flow through us.

To give you a better understanding of 4D dramas that get enacted in 3D, we can look to the Greek gods and goddesses.  According to Hand Clow, these entities actually reside in 4D because all archetypes reside in 4D.  Greek mythology is full of bizarre dramas the Gods/Goddesses engaged in.  It is myths like these that give us important clues about 4D reality.  Archetypes have a force and consciousness but no human body so they like to get us to act out crazy plays for them, perhaps for their entertainment.  Conversely, we have bodies but without the archetypal realm, we would have no symbolic context to understand our nature, so we need these archetypes to better understand ourselves.  These forces reside within us as well, and it is our job to honor these forces without allowing them to do harm.

Many Indigenous cultures were able to stay in what Hand Clow refers to as the archetypal stream.  They created plays and other art forms that allowed these 4D forces to flow through them without turning destructive.  This is exactly what we have to learn to do in order to keep that magic working for rather than against us, both individually and collectively.

Learning self-observation, to view our emotions and emotional responses from a place of objectivity and non-reactivity is the key here.  Whenever we feel ourselves reacting, that's the sign we are getting hung up in the duality of 4D;  we're allowing those archetypes to mess with us.  So notice the signals you get.  An important signal for me is when there is a tightening or intensity in my solar plexus.  This is my sign to stop, to deep breathe and de-brief.  With the vibrational field of the planet speeding up, my experience is that I have to work ever-harder to release attachment to my emotional reactions.  Some days of course, are easier than others.

The technique of ho' oponopono is a useful one here:  it's both simple and remarkably powerful.  For those of you unfamiliar, one simply focuses on whatever is causing the internal discomfort be it fear or judgement, and say these words:  "I love you, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you."  This phrase has a neutralizing affect if you say it to yourself over and over again until the feeling releases.

I find journaling works wonders for me.  Once I write the words on a page, it seems like those archetypal responses can flow right through me, freeing my energy and my heart.  Or you might want to say a prayer, meditate, hold a yoga asana:  whatever it takes for you to get free again.

So remember, the first step is awareness.  Begin to notice when these 4D forces are acting on you.  Then figure out which tools work best for you and USE them.  We will all be most grateful.
