There's Still Time to Hop on the 5D Train

I've been trying, so far unsuccessfully and somewhat intermittently, to write this blog for the last week. Either I get side-tracked or make myself believe I need to do more research, or I find some other creative way to avoid writing this.

Part of the issue is that I'm not yet able to choose a focus.  I want to write about time... about time lines and choices and how that's connected to 12/21/12.  I also want to write about time-travel and the government experiments that even my minimal research shows has likely been going on for decades.

So is today the time to blog once again about time and its strange meanderings in both our 3D reality and in the higher dimensions which operate on a different time/space continuum? I guess it's time to  give it a whirl.

We are all familiar with linear time, that illusory experience we say is based on "reality" that let's us know if we are early or late.  We talk about what has already been and what might come to pass.  BUT we also know and have known for a while, that 3D time only exists in one dimensional frequency.  When you move out of the left hemisphere of the brain which operates 3rd dimensionally, into the right hemisphere which operates in higher dimensional time, then all time is simultaneous.  There is no solid past/present/or future but rather numerous time lines that stretch "reality" into a much more amorphous experience.  So that anything I remember is actually still occurring on some time line or another, and anything I can imagine is also occurring on one or more of the infinite time lines that can exist in the Universe or Multiverse.

Before I go on with the time line idea, I just want to mention how we are already able to operate with some ease in higher dimensional time.  It's part of our anatomy;  part of our brain.  Its the part of our brain, in fact, that I was taught was the MINOR hemisphere in my science classes in the late 50's and early 60's.  The implication being that creativity, spiritual connection, emotions and Presence were not nearly as important as logic and sequence.  But that would be another tangent.

Okay.  Back to the idea of time and time lines.  My new friend John Horneker has some pretty interesting things to say about time and 2012 in his book Quantum Transformation. He has gathered information from interviews by David Wilcox about time travel experiments, and talks about the Doctrine of the Convergent Timeline Paradox.  Whew there's a big name.  Anyway, what is most relevant to me is that it appears that 2 different timelines are converging in our 3rd dimensional reality on 12/21/12.

The first time line is the 3D timeline that we've been traveling on in our consensus reality.  It is the time line of the Old Earth and has taken us to some pretty awful places.  Despite all the natural beauty of our remarkable planet, war, destruction and domination of the Spirit have tended to be major stops on the 3D train.

The other is a 5D timeline that has come into being in the last few decades and which, should we choose and align our energy with its vibration, will take us into to the New Earth as part of the Ascension process. This timeline's train stations are quite a bit different, since its frequency matches qualities that we associate with love, harmony and Oneness. And unlike the 3D train, this one operates on energy that has no destructive and polluting attributes.  We might even call it (now don't groan) the Soul Train.

What is really cool to me is that it has been seen (I have no idea how) that not only will these timelines converge on this monumental date, but that for a short moment, higher dimensional reality will intersect with 3D reality and therefore it will become available for everyone to experience.  Those "trains" that have been heading toward each other for 20 years or so, will reach the crossroad where they merge for just an instant.   How long will will that instant be in 3D time?  Who knows?  It could be seconds, hours, days, months or more.  Is it possible that we won't notice it?  I have no answers for this all.  BUT, it gives us hope.

After the convergence, the time lines separate again, and those trains move farther and farther apart.  I feel confident those of us reading and HA, writing this blog, would like to make sure we've reserved a ticket for the 5D train because ... (sing with me if you like) that train is bound for glory -- the glory of a higher consciousness reality, the reality that so many of us have been dreaming about and preparing for.  That 3D train isn't likely to get its passengers to a very pleasant destination.  But I'm not telling you anything you don't know already.

As the timelines diverge, those trains will be moving farther and farther from one another. Looks to me like you might be able to hop from one train to the other for a while, but soon they will be too far apart.

Just what buys us a ticket for one timeline or the other?  Well the answer has to be love. The more we love, the more open our hearts, the faster our vibrational frequency and the more likely we'll be riding on the 5D line.  If we still haven't processed our fear;  if we still hold more resentment and negativity than love, the 3D line might be just our thing...  No need to worry though.  You just have to love what an interesting time we live in!

And so sister and brother Earthlings, somehow I've managed to finish this blog for today and I hold you all in my ever-expanding (and sometimes contracting) heart... and if you get on the 5D train before me, save me a seat.

Oh No! Not Bliss again!

I'm still fired up about the idea that being 5th dimensional is our natural state.  This truth is lodged in my cells and feels as palpable to me as the blood flowing through my veins.  I think when this awareness truly sinks in for us, we can no longer go about living the life we have been living, worrying about the things we have been worrying about.

Or can we?  Or do I?

My experience is that the seesaw effect is still going on.  Our minds are programmed in 3D, as are our survival beliefs, so we don't let go of all of that easily.  My life flows better and better the more I awaken and since I started awakening fairly early in this incarnation, I've had 3-1/2 decades of amazing ease.  But that doesn't mean I still don't get caught or stuck in polarity on occasion.  It is frustrating and confusing, but perhaps an important part of the process.  (Hmmm is that one of those archaic, dysfunctional 3D beliefs like "if it's not hard it doesn't count?"  Didn't I write a whole chapter about how to identify and shift those beliefs in my book Empowering the Spirit?)

And then there's all the collective resistance to this bliss stuff, to getting back to the Paradise frequency that takes us out of struggle and well, into bliss.  I just saw some information that we are going from the Electronic Information Age, to the Creator Age, which is just another way of saying what we've all heard in a million other ways:  "thoughts create"  "we create our reality."  Science is even able to back this up now.  So really, what is the problem?  Why not just take a deep breath, release the old beliefs and pain and let Ascension happen?

I believe it comes down to the phrase I intend to start my workshop next week off with: "What humans are most attached to is our suffering."  It's a quote (or paraphrase) from G. I. Gurdjiieff, that odd Russian metaphysical philosopher who wrote the book "Meetings with Remarkable Men" back in the early 60's (and who I think included a woman, but in looking at the table of contents on Amazon, I don't see this.)  I read this book close to 40 years ago, so it is difficult to say what my memory has extracted that is literal vs what is symbolic, but this phrase has never left me, and the wisdom of it appears to strengthen the more I develop.

One of the ways we stay stuck in suffering is through a somewhat popular misconception that if we believe we can reach a state of ongoing Bliss, we not honoring our humanness and are likely to be light-polarized and trying to by-pass our emotional wounding.   By light-polarized, I mean we have a fear or inability to see and own our shadow and the collective Shadow.  But it is misconceptions like that keeps us locked in suffering.  Of course we need to own and integrate the Shadow... that's an essential part of the Ascension process because you can't navigate through 4D without doing this.  And you can't make it through 4D if you are in denial or in reactivity to old emotional wounding.  But once you have done enough emotional healing and integration of the shadow, you can move through 4D... then kazaam -- there is no polarity and therefore no shadow. Light and Dark in whatever form they exist in 5D are just different reflections of the same substance we call God.  Now c'mon brother/sister Earthlings, we've all been working at owning and integrating our shadow and healing our emotional wounds.  Let's just breath deeply and Ascend.

Then there is the argument that arises:  how can we see all the suffering on our 3D Earth and not do something about it?  Now my mind thinks this is a good question.  I think the answer though depends on which assemblage point we look out from.  From our 3D perspective, we must engage in activities to confront the issues directly.  That would be fine if they worked.  I'm concerned about polluting the planet, so I recycle and use cloth bags and napkins, generate some electricity through our solar panels and try to minimize my use of gasoline and buy only necessary goods, that kind of thing.  But the reality is that my efforts, even if everyone else got on board, will not save us from global warming and the devastation of climate change.  Maybe if humans had caught on in the 60's when we first tried to warn them, but at this point, it is highly unlikely we are going to change the 3D devastation.  Still, when I operate out of 3D, my ego can feel good that I'm doing something it deems positive.  And in this 3D consciousness, I can worry about all of the floods and droughts and storms and feel very concerned indeed, and my ego can laud me for being a "good person."

But if I look out of my 5D eyes, I see that we are beyond 3D solutions.  And I see the frequency of the planet and of many of us on the planet, is changing.  I'm not going to stop my environmental stewardship, but the most effective thing I can do to really help humanity is to consistently plug in the "love frequency."  (Which still doesn't give me a right to trash our beautiful planet but not because I'm going to save our 3D world, only because to honor the planet is to live in a loving way.)

As we ascend onto the New Earth, does all the devastation magically disappear?  Now what was that again?  Oh yeah, "Thoughts create."  But there are time when my thoughts get nervous trying to create this. You know all those years we all heard about what silly idealists we were, and that at some point we would have to "grow up" and face reality.  Oh wait, they taught us there was only one reality.  Now why in the Universe would I believe anything like this when I know it is NOT TRUE?  Why don't I just take a few deep centering breaths and ...  Ascend!

We really can return to the Garden.  We really can experience reality from a place of love and grace and well-being.  We can heal our wounds and reclaim our planet and stop wars and abuse and keep our hearts consistently and magnificently open if only we empower those visions and quiet our very insane 3-D minds.

So altogether now:  BREATHE DEEPLY, and once more, BREATHE REALLY DEEPLY, and yet another time, take that deep centering BREATH and at the count of 3 or 300 or 3000.... ASCEND!

And voila!   Here we are in (that darn) BLISS AGAIN!

Spinning Ourselves "back" to The Garden

My lapse in regularity has made my re-entry to blogspot.com interesting.  It keeps changing its structure so there's a slight learning curve.  But so be it.  Everything is changing its structure.

Although I've suggested this before, this time it looks like I'm headed back to regular blogging.  My book, Empowering the Spirit:  A Process to Activate Your Soul Potential , first published in 2005, is now available on Kindle.  This reediting and re-formatting has been a 9-month process and now my time and focus are freed up enormously.

I am also almost finished with this season's workshop offerings, (there's information at the end of this blog entry about my upcoming 2-day workshop "Taking the Next Evolutionary Step:  A Multidimensional Journey to Shift Your Assemblage Point and Your Life," should you be interested,) and I do not plan to offer more until Spring.  Thus, my energies are fully available for new writing and I expect this blog will return to its earlier frequency.  Well at a higher frequency of course, since my development like all of yours, is accelerating quickly.

So, you may wonder, what have I been learning about my own multidimensional nature (and therefore our multidimensional nature) that I'm feeling compelled to share?  Well the insight I feel most Called to re-begin this blog with is this:  It is our nature, our natural state of being, to be 5th dimensional, not 3rd dimensional.  I have come to understand that we were 5th Dimensional beings in the first place.

We came to this planet from the star system that held this 5D frequency and we created amazing civilizations.  (Many of us also held 6D and 8D frequencies, but our biological structure was most aligned with the beings of 5D)  There are stories that say we mated with beings already here.  I have no idea about that.  But I know, because I can feel it in every fiber of my being, that after this initial "golden age" if you will, we went through a descension process on this planet.  I believe this is the biblical Fall... and it was not Eve's fault (but that's another blog.)

As we descended, we moved into duality. I think this occurred due to a series of choices we made collectively, agreeing perhaps to be part of this very interesting experience or experiment.  Of course, as you students of the vertical dimensions know, the 4th dimension is where the Light splits and polarity emerges.  Since the 4th dimension does not carry the frequency of embodiment, in order to keep our biological bodies, we descended further into 3D, the other polarized dimension.

As dynamic and dramatic as polarity might be, with it came attachment to the Light or the Dark, the yin or the yang, making wholeness impossible and propelling us to an even slower frequency.  Our cells became denser and denser and the vast majority of human life on planet Earth became stuck in this dysfunctional duality of operating physically in a dense 3D energy field, while being at the mercy of the emotional and archetypal whims of some of the darker 4D forces.  Wars and bloodshed became became the norm.  Harming each other began to take precedence over loving each other.  The more we were wounded, the more our heart chakra closed and the less access we had to our loving origins.

We are now at the agreed upon time to reverse this process.  (Could this be our Collective Plan B?)  We are both preparing for and in the process of Ascension.  We are becoming more and more skilled at healing our old wounds and navigating through this polarity.  We are opening codes within our cells to help us in this process.  We are also activating our merkaba to provide us with the vehicle for this remarkable journey.

It has been through meditating with and pondering the merkaba, that I have realized that 5D is our natural state.  The merkaba, (mer means light/ ka means Spirit/ ba means body) is an energy configuration that is a star tetrahedron, a 3 dimensional Star of David. It is made of light and the triangles are counter-rotating, so the top one is spinning in one direction and the bottom in another.  The picture below will give you a good idea of what I mean.

We all have the potential to activate this configuration in our own energy field.  When we do, the merkaba, which is also translated from the Hebrew to mean "chariot," becomes the vehicle to propel our biological bodies into the 5th dimension.  It is a part of our energy field in the same way that our chakras are.  And like the chakras, to function correctly, it must be spinning at a certain frequency.

Drunvalo Melchizedek believes that we almost lost the capacity to do this.  He says that the whole energetic configuration of the merkaba had almost been extinguished in the consciousness of humanity. Until recently that is.  But now it has a very strong hold.  More and more of us are reconnecting with our merkabas whether consciously or unconsciously. This field that surrounds us is becoming more and more functional.

While I have read that our base chakra is in the midpoint of this configuration, I don't think this is correct.  I think it is our heart chakra.  It is our heart energy that spins the merkaba. The more we open our hearts, the faster our cellular structure vibrates, which in turn activates our merkaba and transports us into the 5th dimension.  Just as the heart chakra is the center and the core of our physical chakras, the 5th dimension is the center and the core of the dimensional frequency we carry as 9D humans.  It will be from this dimension that we create the New Earth we have hoped for and dreamed of for so long.

And so Brother/Sister Earthings, there you have it.  This is what we are remembering.  This is what we are Re-Membering.  This is the center or the core of who we are.  We are the Creators;  We are vehicles for unconditional Love;  We are One with all that is.  So keep those merkabas spinning us all into the emerging consciousness.

All Together Now... UNDULATE AS ONE

For those of you who have noticed and wondered where my blog has disappeared to, I would love to explain it simply is getting published in the higher dimensions and tell you what the link is, but alas best I can tell, that would be a lie, and I definitely don't know the link.  In 3D, I just backed off.  I had a multitude of reasons, the most important of which is that I wasn't feeling that multidimensional connection for a while, and had to get re-inspired.

Other reasons, should you be on the edge of your seat, include needing to refocus on and reenter the experience of my book EMPOWERING THE SPIRIT: A Process to Activate Our Soul's Potential. This is my book that came out the end of 2005 and which I'm now getting ready to publish on Kindle.  I had spent 2011 pretty much immersed in teaching and writing about multidimensionality, and now I am returning to my earlier writing that teaches many tools to release ourselves from ego and let our Spirits lead the way which moves us into our multidimensional potential and living on the New Earth.

And then there was the readers' stats (speaking of that ongoing practice of releasing oneself from ego).  Those of you who blog on blogspot know what I'm talking about:  the graphs which let you know how many people are really going to your blog and therefore probably reading it.  Stats can be addicting by the way, our egos crave the good ones, but I had pretty much released myself from that.  Still I would check.  It let me know if my blog readership was growing, and while my public followers were continuing to grow, I noticed some decline rather than growth for the blog as we moved into the new year.  I took that as a sign, released myself from almost-weekly blogging, and simultaneously incorporated watching multidimensional meditations on YouTube (mostly Suzanne Lie's) as part of my daily practice.  My intention was to reconnect multidimensionally at a deeper level, and it is working.

Now I'm meandering back to the blog, nudged of course by Spirit and an email or two from folks wondering if I was still going to be writing it.  Since I'm scheduled to teach about our Ascension into 5D and how to make that connection, which is our next evolutionary step, at a large gathering in May and a workshop in June, I've got to integrate this into my own life. Thankfully, I'm finally feeling like I've moved up a notch in comprehending or apprehending what this process really is and what it means.  So now it's time to share this with you, Brother/Sister Earthlings.  Perhaps this will begin a series on the experience of Ascension.

We know that the primary attributes of 5D are Unity Consciousness, Unconditional Love and Creativity.  We also know that every time we move into a higher dimension, we do so because we are able to alter our frequency by speeding up our cells and activating our light bodies.  But what does this really mean?  How does this begin to play out in our psyches? How does this play out in our emotional bodies?  How does this play out in our lives?  If I am ONE, am I still I??  Is the "I" still relevant?  And if not, can I release it?  And if I release it, is that not me doing this from the "I".  (which brings up a Yiddish aye yie aye... roughly translated of course.)  Can I be both?  Isn't that what multidimensionality really is... being all of it???

I've understood, little by little, that we are on a journey to being Collective, to quite literally becoming ONE.  And yet, we do have our individual expression at least at this stage in our evolution.   Suzanne Lie speaks of her experience merging with her 5D self in a star ship, which is a living, breathing entity in itself, and how her 5D self was both separate and part of a giant undulating consciousness that was guiding the ship which was also part of this consciousness.  Individuals on the ship had unique jobs to perform and yet they could also perform the jobs of all others because they were all the others.  I suppose that's like the particle/wave that underlies all matter;  the particle being our individual selves and the wave, our Oneness.  I've been trying to glean what this would feel like; trying to imagine myself as both separate and merged.

I woke up one morning with an "aha!".  We have been a part of that 5D undulating wave perhaps forever.  Jung called it the Collective Unconscious and the Collective Supraconscious.  We know that great inventions would show up all over the globe, in different parts of the world that had no communication with each other, pretty much in the same window of 3D time.  I've been writing and speaking a lot about how in the last 15 or 20 years, I had incorporated a heart meditation in my workshops which I thought was "original" but found out that there were numerous teachers around the world, teaching almost the exact same thing, done in almost the exact same way.  To me this meant that we were all hooked into the same source of information, but now I see that this happens because we are already part of a great undulating wave that holds all that is.

As we move into Unity Consciousness, it will feel totally normal to experience this undulating wave and perhaps it will begin to ultimately feel strange when we experience moments of individual awareness; moments of separateness.  Because wasn't that the great experiment on the planet -- to create 3D humans that could experience the separateness and eventually figure out how to get back to what has always been in our DNA, being One with that undulating wave?

Do you understand that you are me writing this blog, and I am you, reading this blog?  Can you allow yourself to experience fully that each of us holds everything within our consciousness and that everything in our consciousness contains all of us?

This is taught in every tradition on the planet, and has been for Millenniums.  The most holy prayer in Judaism, one that dates back at least 5000 years and that is supposed to be said upon waking each day, translates to "Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One." I was taught the watered-down interpretation in Sunday school -- that this was about the Jews believing in the one God, as opposed to having many deities.  Even as a child, I could never figure out what was so holy about that idea. Then many decades later, far removed from my Jewish roots, it came to me in a flash.  It is the most holy prayer because it tells us we are ONE.  The "Lord" is really the great unified undulating mass of Consciousness, not the One Guy in the sky.

I recently read a fascinating memoir of an Iranian woman and learned that all traditional Persian stories begin with the words "All is One, One is All."  The ancient Egyptians, the really ancient Egyptians, those that were star-seeded over 12,000 years ago, taught how to unify Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt within their own psyches as a way of becoming whole.  My friend and colleague, Linda Star Wolf frequently quotes one of her indigenous teachers, Wolf Clan Grandmother Twylah Nitsch who reminded her students often that this was about: "All for One and One for All."

We see this in nature -- swarms of bees are perhaps the most dramatic because they are small enough for us to see how they blend in with each other and they create this visual undulating pattern while floating through the air.  There are schools of fish and flocks of birds.  All separate and One at the same time.

So Sister/Brother Earthlings, what do you think of the blog we've all written today?  Stay tuned for the next wave, hopefully in the not to distant future.

2012 and All is Well

It's here: this much prophesied and awaited year.  No weather disasters so far.  No nuclear disasters, no collapsing buildings, no comets hitting the planet.  The stock market has soared.  And while my belief for many years has been that nothing dramatic would happen externally as we enter the last phase of this portal, (which I see as having begun in earnest on 10/28/11), I still find the calm we are experiencing right now, to be interesting.  We have grown quite used to intense storms, earthquakes and the like.  Could that be on the wane? Could the worst be over?

Logically of course, that would make no sense.  We have not done what is necessary to repair the damage we Earthlings have done to our planet.  Yet, perhaps we have really reached the tipping point where our consciousness is creating a new, non-linear reality, bypassing the mechanics of physics.  Or put another way, we are creating a new, multidimensional reality that we can live in, still in human form but released from 3D limitation; a multidimensional reality where we solve our problems simply by surrounding them with the consciousness of the solution.

The energy of 2012 for me personally, has been one of going deeper inside.  It hit me like a bolt of lightening on the 31st, that it was time to take off that extra 10 lbs I've been carrying around, and that I was going to do this by going on a liver-cleanse diet. This means I have to put a lot of focus on when I eat, and how to create meals and snacks that are slightly different than normal, and make sure I get certain supplements and proscribed juices throughout the day.  Simultaneously, as 2012 rolled in, I made good on my commitment to do daily multidimensional meditations in addition to my spiritual practice.

I have no sessions scheduled and nowhere to teach this week.  I have total space for this cleansing and clearing of the old and opening to the new.  I find myself in a new place of quiet.  I'm being more mindful of not just what I eat, but about the experience of eating, so that I go more deeply into tasting the essence of this wonderful healthy food.  Since the meditations I've been doing are not very conducive to articulation, I am just sitting in the energy of them rather than trying to write about it. And while we've had an easy winter this year in Western North Carolina, since the new year the temperatures have suddenly dropped and my appreciation of watching and feeling the fire of our wood stove has concurrently risen. Our first small snow fall intensified this and the stillness of life in the depths of winter is all around me, peaceful, beautiful, slow... and helping me reconnect with the larger Stillness.

Perhaps this is what 2012 is about after-all.  As we release the concept of time, we find Stillness in these natural rhythms, in these gentle waves that correspond to the time waves of 9D or to the eternal Now. The essential energy of this Stillness is love.  When I sit in this Stillness, I experience love flowing through every cell of my body.  Any thoughts that arise from this place within me can only create that which is calm, compassionate and joyful. Realizing there are people just like me all over our beautiful planet that are sitting in the same Stillness, holding the same frequency of Divine Love, then I cease to doubt that we are creating a New Earth, that we are in the portal that will ultimately end wars and famine and cruelty and suffering; that will change all of our 3D reality.  Certainly it feels as if it is changing mine.

Planet Earth is a most amazing being, and the celestial lights that surround her are equally amazing.  She is the magnet that draws all the intelligence of those lights to her.  She has a vastness of Spirit that allows her to hold within her cells the mystery of all that is, all that was, all that may come to be. And just like our mother planet, we have the same abilities. But we need to be very quiet, we need to go deep inside, we need to keep opening our heart and our high heart ever wider.

So Brother and Sister Earthlings, join me in entering the Stillness.  Take those deep centering quiet breaths.  Let yourself release those old limited beliefs.  Release all those feelings you may have been holding from old wounds.  Release all the pressures you have put on yourself;  release those worries;  release those fears; release your ambitions.  Just for Now.  And give yourself a moment, for that's all it really takes, to go in and access that fertile Silence that resides in us all; that creative Stillness that is nothing and everything simultaneously.  And hey, should you happen to release a few unneeded pounds in the process, all the better.

Plugging Ourselves into 8D Co-Creativity

True Co-creation occurs when we are able to plug our consciousness into the frequency of the eighth dimension. This is a way that we can live more multidimensionally on the 9D axis, and in fact, create blessings and deep transformation for ourselves and for our world.  Divine Mind and Divine Order reside in the 8th Dimension, and the more we understand how to access this 8D part of our self, the more powerfully we can connect with these aspects of the Divine.

Next to 9D, the eighth dimension has the fastest vibration and thus the highest frequency.   An easy way to understand multidimensional frequency and vibration is to imagine a piano lying on its side so that the keyboard is vertical instead of horizontal.  This is one gigantic imaginary piano -- its lowest note is in the Earth's iron crystal core, and its highest note is at Galactic Center.  If you have ever looked inside a piano, you know that sound is created when you depress one of the keys by vibrating the wires that key is connected to.  The lower notes vibrate the wires very slowly and the high notes, very quickly.  So it is with the resonance of the dimensions.  The energy of the lower dimensions vibrate very slowly and create dense materiality (the molecules are closer together).  If you start at 1D and go up the 9D axis, each dimension is one octave higher than the one below, and just like the piano, the speed of vibration doubles with each octave, and so with each dimension, the molecules become twice as far apart as the dimension just below it.  By the time you get to 8D, you have a frequency that is vibrating outside of our ability to hear it with the human ear.  It has turned invisible as well, but scientifically can be identified as light.  The molecules are so far apart that form of any kind is indiscernible to us.

However, the frequencies of those imaginary piano notes, or in this case, of the dimensions, not only exist outside of us from a 3D perspective, but in us as well.  8D is an invisible frequency because its light travels so quickly.   Hand Clow uses the example of mystics being "blinded by the light" to describe the nature of light in 8D.  We can't see it with our eyes; we can only perceive it with our inner senses.  Science is theorizing and getting close to proving that light in 7D - 9D travels 3 times as fast as light in our dimension.  Hand Clow also explains that our minds are receiving devices for all of this.  To use her phrase from Alchemy of Nine Dimensions, we have the ability for our brains to be "vertical axis radios." (p. 128), meaning that we can connect with all of the dimensions by tuning into their frequencies. 

This is an amazing gift.  When we take in those frequencies, we take the dimensions into ourselves.  This means we are able to expand our awareness to hold 8D consciousness within our psyches.  As we do this, we have direct access to Co-creation, which is about internalizing and harmonizing with the Divine Mind energy from 8D.  This is where synchronicity and manifestation abilities originate as well.  In order to consciously receive 8D frequency, we have to slow down.   We have to learn to tune into both our breath, and our physical responses to energy.  As Hand Clow notes, the only way to connect with 8D is to experience it kinesthetically because we do not have the physiology to externally hear or see it.

This goes back to my image that we can become multi-dimensional tuning forks.  The more we allow this to unfold within us, the more available the multidimensional codes in our DNA become.

What would this feel like, sound like and look like in our lives? 

The most dramatic experience I had with this occurred for me several decades ago when I was in my late 20's.  I was reading The Autobiography of a Yogi by Yogananda, and doing yoga daily.  I lived alone and worked for myself.  Not needing much money to live on, I had a lot of time and space in my life to be quiet and to tune in as my consciousness was shifting.  One evening, I had what has remained the most profound experience of my life.  I was standing in my apartment looking out at the sky and the full moon, and suddenly my psyche began to open.  I could visually see the veils of maya before me and simultaneously I was aware that I was not developed enough, had not worked through enough of my ego wounding, to handle all that was happening.  I asked it to stop.  It did, but emotionally something phenomenally wonderful occurred.  I found myself on my knees, weeping.  And I knew I was experiencing what the Christians have labelled "grace."  Among the many amazing parts of that experience, one was that I had been brought up as a secular Jew without much spiritual education, and had never been taught anything about "grace."  And yet, the word came loud and clear as I was experiencing it.  I knew exactly what was happening. 

This experience changed my whole life.  I call it a conversionary experience not because I converted to any religion, but because I experienced the Divine within me.  My teenage Atheism, which was hanging by a thread at that point in my life, totally dissolved.  This was a direct experience with the Divine.   From that moment on I knew this Loving Force existed in the Universe and it was ultimately accessible to us all.  From then on, I lived my life from that perspective, and it has been filled with amazingly blessings.

For almost a year after that, I lived almost totally in synchronicity.  I consistently felt the ongoing availability of a perfect universe.  While in retrospect, most of us can see that all that has happened to us has always been in Divine Order, my experience during that year was crystal clear.  Looked at multidimensionally, I had spontaneously accessed 8D and was able to live from 8D awareness.  While the ability has remained with me, after that first year it began to blend more into my daily consciousness, and so felt less dramatic.

This is a long blog, and while I have much more to say on this, I will save it for later blogs and for my teachings.  The main point of this is to say to each and everyone of you, notice when 8D is activated within, and notice when it is not.  If you are not in its flow, take some time to consciously breathe, go into your heart and call it in.

And since we are nearing the end of the Mayan calendar, time (illusion though it ultimately is) is of the essence, so you might want to hurry it up a bit...

A Multi-Dimensional Perspective on Death

You might be wondering where last week's blog entry went as I usually post by the weekend.  And I certainly would have loved to, but I was travelling back to IL with my husband to visit my mother-in-law who, at 90, was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and put in a nursing home.  My energy around these travels was focused on her and our family there.

It was an unexpectedly wonderful trip because my heart felt so open and so full, especially from connecting with my mother-in-law.  She has been through a huge amount in the last few months, and has transitioned to this facility with amazing surrender and wisdom.  She has kept a natural sense of dignity and humor;  very inspiring to those around her.

So what does this have to do with multi-dimensionality?  A few things.  First of all, my mother-in-law clearly modelled that one can get to a place in their life when they are no longer struggling with 4-D polarity issues.  And while this was not a woman to have negative dramas in general, I think that now more than ever before, her heart is open and she is being given unconscious access to higher dimensions.  Her ka seems pretty much "in" even though she has never heard the word or the concept.  And she has a peaceful glow around her much of the time.

Part of her open-heartedness is due, no doubt, to the influx of love that came from her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was emanating the open-heart energy that comes directly from 5D. And it is exactly what we need most now in our world if we are going to be able to not just physically survive, but thrive in the present paradigm shift on our planet:  a great collective cycle of death and rebirth.

My mother-in-law is not likely to stay in her body much longer.  She's in hospice care and although there is nothing about her right now that suggests she's immediately ready to turn in her body and head out for the Spirit World, if she made it for another year, that would be quite remarkable.

So this has got me thinking.  What happens multi-dimensionally when we pass?  Once out of our body, we clearly wouldn't have access to the first 3 dimensions.  This means that we would no longer be functioning on the 9D vertical axis.   I also think that once we really leave our 3D form behind, the polar energies of 4D wouldn't be operative.  (My friend and colleague Anyaa McAndrew thinks we have to pass through 4D as part of the bardo experience, and perhaps that is true, but if so, it seems only a passing through.) 

As I flip through Michael Newton's wonderful book Destiny of Souls (which I read with great excitement and focus some years ago), I see that what appears to happen multi-dimensionally before birth and after death, is that we take on the frequency of our light bodies.  He talks about the soul's inter-dimensional travels, and from his case studies he's collected by regressing people through hypnosis to pre-birth experiences, I sense after physical death, we may well find ourselves travelling both in the 6th and the 8th dimension.  (Not sure about the 7th, but certainly that might be part of it.)

It seems once we leave our bodies, we ascend pretty quickly into our 6th dimensional ka body.  We have left our ego and our physical form behind, and what is left of us is that purity of essence, but still individuated.  6D is a mental level of awareness, created by a higher speed of light than operates in the first 3 dimensions. There is still some sense of physical form so the soul is able to recognize others and be recognized by others.   Even though our human body no longer exists, our mind is able to project 3D-type images onto our 6D energetic configurations. 

Then there are the Councils of Elders that Newton's subjects describe, who seem very much like the Beings of Light in 8D.  8D creates Divine order as well, (it has been referred to by Hand Clow as being home to the "Galactic Federation), so it is interesting that Newton found before each new incarnation, a soul would appear before a Council that helped the soul choose what lessons, challenges and contracts they would take on in their next birth.  The important thing to understand about 8D though is that this is very high frequency Light and the beings that operate there are not the mythic Gods and Goddesses of the archetypal 4D realm.  They do not interfere in each soul's evolution, rather they hold the energy of wisdom and unconditional love as the soul makes choices for itself.  Thus they operate at a much higher frequency.  These beings also hold the consciousness that organizes Light so that it can descend into what we call physical form. 

The Great Mystery solved?  Well I don't mean to imply that by any means, but I think that living from a multi-dimensional perspective gives us important clues to this larger reality that more and more of us are gaining access to. 

So brother/sister Earthlings, let's frolic while we may, watching Winter die to Spring, knowing this is just a small snippet of the far more dramatic cycles of death, transformation and rebirth that await us all.  What a blessing it is to be conscious on the great journey.

New Levels of Consciousness, the New Earth and the Great Blue Heron --

As my husband Dennis and I were having dinner last night, I looked out the french door I was facing, and saw 2 blue herons, high up in the sky, flying in our direction.  We both jumped up, and got out to our deck just as the birds approached.  Initially one heron was behind the other by some distance, but as we watched them, they began to fly in closer proximity to each other, and then when they were directly overhead, they circled together one time to let us really connect with them before they headed off to complete their journey. 

Something magical seemed to happen.  I was left with this strange and uplifted feeling.  It felt like a multi-dimensional meld that I cannot clearly explain.  It was subtle, but it left me with a deeper realization that everything we see is working in several dimensions at one time. 

We have been taught to limit our perception.   And it is only when we shed this conditioning, that we can begin to feel the multi-dimensional energies that are inherent in all of our reality.  When we are tuned into these energies, two important things occur:  first, we cannot help but see things from a big picture perspective, and second, we stand in our sovereignty.  It is no longer possible to have our belief system or our perceptions controlled by outside forces.  It is no longer possible to convince us that we are less than the wondrous beings we have been encoded to become.

The color blue, and therefore blue birds and bird sounds in general, are directly connected with the 7th dimension.  Sound vibrations are formed in 7D from 8D light, and they make their way down to create 6D geometry which then replicates, when we collectively allow it, in 3D.  It was as if those blue herons carried a multi-dimensional ley line with them that went directly into me and confirmed in a deeper way, how everything is interconnected. 

There's more.  When I went to look up birds in The Pleiadian Agenda (an earlier book written by Barbara Hand Clow than the Alchemy of Nine Dimensions which I usually cite), I found the information in a section entitled:  "A Higher Dimensional View of Radioactivity".  This book was written in the 90's, but the synchronicity going on now did not escape me.

A few blog posts ago I wrote about how we had entered the 9th and final wave of the Mayan calendar on March 10th and that the planet Uranus moved into the sign of Aries on March 12th.  I related these events to the earthquake/tsunami/nuclear power plant explosions which occurred on that day and is now putting radiation into our atmosphere.  The wind,  the sea and international travel assure us radiation will impact the globe and ultimately show up here in our food and water supply.  As I was trying to make multi-dimensional sense of my connection with the blue herons, I inadvertently found that in the 90's Hand Clow was channeling information that radiation and how we deal with it, is an important part of our evolution and the planetary ascension process.  It was in the same section that spoke of blue birds and their connection to 7D.  That got my attention.

Radiation, according to Hand Clow, has the power to pollute not just our physical bodies, but our emotional bodies.  She sees this as part of the big picture, the multi-dimensional story of  human development.  From her perspective, the intelligences of 1D asked to be exposed to all elements which included radiation.  Radiation is non-toxic in some dimensions but clearly toxic in 3D and thus for humans.  She also suggests there are 4th dimensional beings that had/have an investment in humans being controlled and un-awakened... and that a power elite on our planet is committed to carrying out this 4D agenda.   Radiation, by getting lodged in our physical and emotional bodies can create chaos that keeps us stuck in the old paradigm.  BUT, and to me this is the most important part, the emotional pollution and physical toxicity of radiation can and will be transmuted through opening our hearts; through love.  

Too fantastic you might say.  Perhaps.  But as I do my best to watch as events unfold, this begins to make sense to me.  For the last 10 or 15 years, there have been a plethora of healers and teachers around the globe teaching people to connect with their hearts.  And many of us have been doing this independently of each other.  For the last several decades, much of psychotherapy has been helping people to clear their emotional bodies.  When our emotional bodies are clear, we can honor all emotions, letting them flow through us in non-harmful ways, and ultimately radiate pure love.

It is now time for this to happen on a larger level.  It is the time for the collective awakening.  As we transmute this internal and external toxicity with love, we begin to unleash amazing forces of creativity which can lead us to equally amazing solutions.  Did we have to cause this level of pain and pollution for new consciousness to arise?  I have no answer for that... but since this pain and pollution is here, we are being guided on how to use it for positive ends.

Take a moment and go to your hearts.  Perhaps rub your hands together first and place them over your heart chakra.  Just let the energy around your heart melt... relax...release.   Let all the old unhealed wounds and fears that have been lodged there, fall away... just for now... and fill your hearts with Divine love.  Breathe that love in and breathe it out.   Bathe yourself first in this love, and then send it out to everyone and everything on our planet.  See all those you care about bathed in this love.  Let it spread to more and more people and larger and larger areas until it is everywhere.  See how it dissolves the old painful energies and opens us up to new clear energy.

It's Unity Consciousness Time: Let's Put Humpty Back Together Again

Yesterday Uranus moved into the sign of Aries, increasing the intensity of revolutionary and evolutionary energy coming onto our planet and into our 3D reality.  Uranus is also squaring the planet Pluto which rules atomic energy and represents profound and often explosive forces of transformation.  Two days earlier, we moved into the 9th and final wave of the Mayan calendar -- the pinnacle of a billion year evolutionary process:  Earth has been prepared for and now is finally moving into Unity Consciousness. 

So what did you expect?  An Earthquake?  A Tsunami?  Explosions at a nuclear power plant?   (The Divine with a wicked sense of humor?)  In our hearts, if we are able to look within, we know these are only external manifestations of what is going on in the collective unconscious and what is going on in each of our psyches. 

I think of the Yeats' poem  "The Second Coming" (one of the great poems of the 20th century):

 "Turning and turning in the widening gyre, the falcon cannot hear the falconer;  things fall apart, the center cannot hold... And what rough beast, its hour come at last, slouches toward Bethlehem to be born?" 

The center is not holding.  Nature is totally out of whack. The great Fibonacci spiral, a spiral that is replicated over and over again in nature, (conch shells being an easy reference point) and which spins time and reality out of galactic center in 9D is spinning our world apart for this great transformation to occur.  The hour has come at last, and we are both the beast and the Messiah. 

We need to embrace this earthquake, this tsunami, this nuclear explosion.  We need to feel it inside of us.  This is the power of Earth, Water and Fire spinning out of control and pleading with us to bring balance.  It asks us to bring forth the element of Air:  New Vision, Aquarian and humanitarian ideals... this is the way we will heal our world.  We need to collect all the fragmented pieces, all the power and pain, and hold them in our hearts bathing them in love and acceptance, and knowing in the deepest reaches of our souls that we can make this transformation happen;  we can birth this New Earth.

Remember we are truly One with all that is, whether we are able or willing to admit this to ourselves.   We are so much larger than our physical bodies.  We are beings that hold within us 9 dimensions of consciousness reaching from the core of Mother Earth to the heart of the Milky Way.  We are vast and we can do this: we can put Humpty back together. 

The patriarchy model that tells us "some great King or our great Father in the sky" will fix it for us, is over. We will fix it ourselves through love, through consciousness.  Together we will hold all the polar forces, all the fears and the pain and the grief... we will hold this and our Earth in our hearts and redeem our planet.

If your life and/or your beliefs are toppling, remember that's just part of the process.  Love yourself for the experience and plant your feet firmly in the core of the Earth.

Not that I mean to egg you on or anything. ...Remember when life hands you a broken egg, make an omelet.  ...Time to break out of that old shell.  Okay okay, I'll stop, but just for now.
