I began this blog exactly a year ago. I have been pretty faithful, and you, my readers, have been pretty faithful as well. Uncharacteristically, I only wrote one blog post in November. Lots of factors played into this, but the outcome was that I began to look more consciously at what this blog is really about, where it's been and where it might meander during its second year on the planet.
My intention in starting this blog was to give voice to the increasing awareness I was having about our multidimensional nature. I saw this as an opportunity to share this information in a way that could both educate and activate an expanded view of who we really are, and why we are really here. I imagined that we would all begin to experience ourselves as tuning forks, holding the frequencies of each of the 9 dimensions on the vertical axis, connecting with the full gamut of Divine intelligence implicit in this and creating a New Earth in the process. I visualized myself vibrating this way in my daily practice through much of this year. I taught numerous workshops and classes where I took others through this experience. I imagined we would all become super-beings, walking in our 3D bodies on planet Earth together, while operating simultaneously in all the other dimensions and that the ensuing magic would totally transform us and our world. And that this would have happened by now, or at least that I would have seen visible progress.
I wrote a lot about time: its ending, its meaning, its mundane and esoteric functions -- how it swirls out of 9D in some inexplicable and mystical way to create long Earth cycles and then is no more. I wrapped my mind around it. I railed at how quickly it escaped my control and how much of it I found myself using just to put out these weekly words. I turned 65 and wondered if I was running out of time or was, as I happily announced, only 1/2-way through adulthood and therefore still had plenty of time. I spoke a lot about time and the Mayan calendar and Callemann's view of its meaning and its ending. And I began to take a more serious look at the idea that we were all in the process of ascending from being 3rd dimensional beings to becoming 5th dimensional beings, stressing how important it is that we continue to open our hearts and release judgments.
And then I woke up at 4 this morning, and I asked myself: Just how much more of my multidimensional potential have I activated in this past year? Have I made any progress at all? I realized at that moment that I didn't have a clue, but it didn't seem like it was very much. I also realized as my brain wandered and wondered about these things, that I was not feeling my ka body, or what I'm more recently beginning to think is my light body. (You know, when you get that wonderful sense of floating, being almost weightless, as if you barely have a physical body, but instead are this wonderful energy body that is in the midst of getting an etheric massage?). I tried to call it in since I often feel it in the middle of the night, but to no avail. Realizing I wasn't able to feel that light body made it all the more likely to me that perhaps I hadn't activated anything more at all; that perhaps I would never be able to write another blog; that perhaps I had jumped off the spiral path, and got caught on the hamster wheel, spinning aimlessly while under the illusion that something different was happening. And then while I was in the midst of these rather dark and disturbing thoughts, my light body showed up. It hadn't come to me when I tried to call it, although sometimes it will. It popped in (or my awareness expanded to include it, for it must always be there) totally spontaneously, and even though I noticed that my thoughts continued - dense 4D thoughts - this energy body didn't care. It stayed anyway. I was having this amazingly pleasurable ongoing sensation while simultaneously watching myself still thinking these cumbersome thoughts. I found this fascinating and soon drifted back off to sleep.
When I got up this morning, I was feeling considerably more optimistic, but did not glean the significance of what occurred until I just wrote about it. There I was holding several frequencies simultaneously and this happened with no effort on my part. The frequency I am vibrating at to experience that "light body" sensation is higher dimensional...(I'm not sure at this point just what dimension),and my thoughts were vibrating at a lower frequency and I was still in a 3D body lying in my bed, which was vibrating at still another frequency. So there's my answer. While I was having light body sensations before starting this blog last year, what has changed is that I can hold these multi-levels of consciousness in my awareness, and that is just happening on its own.
I find this pretty darn interesting. First, as usual, I am shown that the Universe will always answer my call as long as I pay attention. And then that I am being given a clear message something definitely has been changing within me, and it is about using more of my multidimensional potential and it has absolutely no intention of looking like what I might have anticipated.
Now that I'm able to take a more objective look at my growth than I was at 4 this morning, I see that of late I have been experiencing a power in my teachings that has not been there before. I've always been a gifted teacher with great access to intuitive wisdom, as well as the ability to engage and flow with my audience, but this year, I can feel the Divine coming through me in a new way; a stronger and louder way and it has been primarily as I've taught multidimensionality.
Then there's the last, but in no way "least" change, and that has to do with my heart. Last year at this time, my heart was generally pretty open. Now, however, when I tune into my heart, I can feel my heart energy expand throughout my entire chest from one side of my body to the other. This doesn't mean I don't have to deal with judgments that arise for myself and others, but the growth is palpable.
When I was standing in the middle of our Blue Star Medicine wheel the other day on my daily walk up the mountain to our Spirit Temple, I asked for guidance about where this blog was supposed to go. What I got was assurance that it should continue and that it was going to veer slightly in a new direction. What that will look like will have to evolve over time, but let me assure you, Brother and Sister Earthlings, I will continue sending these words out to you and will hold you in my ever expanding heart. Together we can shift both ourselves and this dying world out of the 3rd dimensional crises it is stuck in and into something vibrant and miraculous. We just need to release expectations and pay attention.

Crystal Skulls and The Collective Heart: There's a Rhythm I can Dance to...
I was at a very special gathering the other day -- the opportunity of which seemed to pop up out of nowhere. (well, if you can call an email "nowhere." ) Then came the synchronicity that told me I really needed to not miss this one. "Pancho" the crystal skull, was showing up at the home of a friend, and we had been invited to come over and experience this high frequency celestial transmitter.
The evening before, when gathered at a restaurant with friends and speaking of this coming event, Linda Star Wolf told a fascinating story about a different crystal skull. The synchronicity pointing me to "Pancho" occurred when another woman showed up in the middle of the story and whispered the name of that skull in Star Wolf's ear with no knowledge of what we had been talking about, but because she had had a powerful experience with a shamanic Reiki symbol of the same name earlier in the day. That clinched any ambivalence I might have had about leaving my house and going the few miles down the road to meet "Pancho."
True to my nature, as soon as I found out that "Pancho" was arriving later than expected, I decided I could be later still. I'm one of those folks that will do much better once time really collapses; it is simply not in me to be aware of clocks -- I hate to rush, and like to mosey gently through my day, paying attention to my inner rhythms. This quality can serve me well in terms of living a relaxing life, and serve me poorly in terms of missing things or passing them up because I like keeping my schedule uncluttered. Pancho was due to arrive in the late afternoon -- thankfully, an ideal time for me.
Since I was late, I missed the story about how how Pancho had come to his "keeper," Mario Bojorquez, the man now bringing him around the world. I did get to hear though that this skull had been authenticated and learned Mario had inherited this skull from his family in Mexico. Once in his possession, he went through a profound spiritual awakening. Pancho is not the skull's true name, but rather the mundane name used as he travels around to help people shift their frequency, simply by being in his presence. He is from a family of skulls making their way into our awareness left for us by our ancient star being ancestors and buried for millenniums until humanity could get to an evolutionary place where we could utilize this energy to transform our Planet with love. The skull had two sets of 9 teeth, which Mario believes symbolizes the 9th, and final, Wave of the Mayan Calendar (the Universal Underworld that started March 9th and will end on October 28th.) when the world would have evolved enough to be able to value and utilize the gifts Pancho has for us. .
I could feel Pancho's high vibrational energy as soon as I walked into the house, and when it was my turn to hold him, I could feel my third eye being deeply activated. From what we were told, the crystal would provide us with what we needed... people noted its quartz essence shifting colors from pink, to smokey, to purple, aligning with the chakras it felt called to attune. It looked pretty purple to me as I was sitting with it.
After a while, Mario determined that we were an advanced enough group to learn, chant and tone Pancho's Spirit name, and then go into a meditation where we went back into our ancient selves to find what we wished to put into this very special transmitter for the part it would play in our current planetary shift. For me the message was "I love you" which morphed into "Spread love" "Love for all"... that kind of thing. And since I had already wanted to blog about the Collective Heart this week, that seemed a fitting phrase to show up. After all, this is the essence of our planetary transformation. This is the core of our ascension to living in a 5D reality on Planet Earth. When our hearts are truly healed and fully open, we embrace the Unity of all things... it is just a natural progression.
These crystal skulls seem to have originated from our 5D and 6D ancestors who were both aware of the information recording, storing and disseminating abilities of quartz crystal and of the need to use a large enough and unique enough crystal that once it was unearthed, it would immediately be seen as important.
It is explained like this on Pancho's website:
"Rather than storing precious information for mankind in an ordinary piece of quartz that could have been lost in time, the ancients chose to store their wisdom in a receptacle shaped like a human head. These would be used in many rituals and ceremonies, and passed down from generation to generation. In the same way that our human skull protects and holds the brain, a crystal skull is a mind-like container that holds a generational library of knowledge - from ancient history to a blueprint of possible futures."

Pancho is smiling, and thus he is associated with the high frequency of joy. What brings us true joy is a loving heart... this is where joy resides; this is where joy emanates from. Which brings me, through a very round-about path, to what I was called to write about -- the Collective Heart of humanity.
The Collective Heart is going through an amazing metamorphosis. While of course, there are many wounded souls that are still living from their egos, there are now huge numbers of us that have shifted into being heart-, and therefore spirit-directed. Millions of us are healing our old wounds from childhood and our collective wounds from antiquity, and we are spreading a new and beautiful consciousness on Planet Earth. The frequency of this consciousness is literally shaking our world off its axis, subtly aligning it with Galactic Center and opening up vast potential for us to fully step into our multi-dimensional nature. We are the 5D and 6D beings that programmed Pancho, and we are simultaneously the 3D beings unearthing him and the rest of his crystal skull family. We are aligning our heartbeats with the heartbeat of Mother Earth and the heartbeat of all of the Universe. We are all dancing to this magical rhythm and it is propelling us into a New Age, a Golden Age where as the song suggests "peace will guide the planets, and LOVE will rule the stars...." (Okay... couldn't help it.) Brother and Sister Earth-lings/Star-lings, I love you and I hold you all in my heart.
For those of you who have wished me well in pushing through my "blogger's block..." Thank you all. It seems to be working, not quite as quickly as I would like... but working nonetheless. And thank you, Pat "SheeWho" Cummins, who, when I was whining this morning, about not being done yet with this blog, reminded me "it shouldn't be a burden, but a passion." Now there's a some wisdom to live by. Yet another way we can lighten our hearts, and bring more joy into our collective field.

More Mind (and Mind-less) Meanderings
I have blogger's block it seems. nothing immediately comes through for what to write about this week. I'm aware that we are finishing up a moon cycle today which began on July 1st with a new moon and powerful eclipse. And within a day, all the plans I had for this lunar cycle shifted, and I've never quite been able to retrieve them. Is this blogger's block connected?
And what does this have to do with my multidimensional being? In listening to a Hand Clow interview last week, I heard Barbara say that we really had to keep expecting the unexpected: to stay in fluidity and listen to our 8D Guidance and be willing to change plans at the last minute. Always good advice of course. On an inner level this helps us let go of the rigid old paradigm beliefs we are all carrying. I have a lot of Virgo in my astrological chart and I enjoy an orderly life. So there's an illusion and old belief that is beginning to crumble. I am being asked to learn how I can make my life work whether it is orderly or not.
The interviewer, Jim Self, another teacher and healer, spoke often of time collapsing as we near the end of the calendar. He noted that all of our memories are being altered. It is taking everyone longer to remember the past, even the immediate past like what we had for dinner last night. (OK, my mind is very linear about food and I'm easily remembering the sauteed trout with brown basmati rice and vegetables from our garden. But I do get his point.) He feels that this is part of our old beliefs dissolving and of finding ourselves more and more in present moment.
To prove his point, each new moon I write out some intentions to complete during the cycle. One of the intentions for this last cycle was to let go of self-defeating beliefs about my work. Apparently I set about that one immediately after the July 1st new moon, since I just found a note card where I had written these limited beliefs down. Not only did I forget I had done this, but when I read over those beliefs, they seemed light years from how I was thinking about things now... yet they were written only 27 or so days ago. Now it seems I have a whole different set of beliefs to work with.
The most important piece that I gleaned from this interview is that we are collectively shifting our relationship to 4D, which means that we are shifting our relationship to the Collective Mind since 4D holds the Collective Mind. In the past, we have been controlled by these collective beliefs and the more of us who bought into these beliefs and the more frequently this occurred, the less we were using our own creative potential and the easier it was for the power elite to manipulate us. Even when we knew these beliefs to be untrue, beliefs for instance like we are all sinners and therefore unworthy, we often found ourselves still operating as if they were and therefore never truly connected with our Selves. In turn, we never empowered ourselves to step into full Co-Creation.
While many of us have worked with these self-defeating beliefs for decades and have transformed them reasonably well, the Collective Mind has not fully transformed. This is what currently is in great flux: there is a collective clearing of "Who we are not" as a species. You might want to start with phrase "who I am not,"and journal on it. This will move you more intensely into who you are. When we really know who we are, we are no longer "controllable" If you remember some blogs back, when I wrote about the old pyramidal structures collapsing, embracing who we really are, embracing our powerful multidimensional nature, is the driving force behind that collapse because it activates unlimited resourcefulness within us.
It gets a bit more complicated however. The Oneness movement on this planet is huge right now. It is part of our entry point into our collective Ascension. What we understand from this concept of Oneness (or if you prefer, non-dualism) is that everything we are not, we also are. (Is your left brain going crazy from this yet?) But using the other, even more important entry portal, that of our hearts, allows us to release attachment to this untrue-self, or cultural self, to integrate and therefore neutralize its energy. Everything we are and everything we are not, is a manifestation of the Divine, since everything is energy. But if we want to create a New Earth based on higher consciousness and love, we need to stop feeding "who we are not." Instead, we need to breathe more life into our true expression. As we do this, we bring in our ka bodies more fully and an unstoppable vibration rolls out from us and aligns us with whole new frequencies and thins the collective 4D muck, so more and more high vibrational light shines through. This in turn allows us to connect with all 9 dimensions of ourselves... we become a very different species living on a very different planet.
Okay. Can't say I feel the blogger's block fully gone, but the words are on the page, and a few days have passed. We are now being activated by this Leo new moon. Here's our opportunity to be imbued with courage, creativity and heart-centered awarenesses, and if that's not enough for you, today, July 31st, we begin Day 5 of the Universal Underworld on the Mayan Calendar. Watch for what buds are developing within you because within weeks, these will begin to flower. I'll probably write about it then, that is if I can remember.

The Solstice Portals: Getting Ready for the Big Blast
It's Summer Solstice today, one of the two most powerful days of the year, and exactly a year and 1/2 from the highly prophesized Winter Solstice of 2012. I've been thinking a lot about what I believe will happen on that day in 2012, and what we need to be doing to get ready.
Much of what I've learned and have been teaching about for decades, is that humanity is in the process of taking an evolutionary leap. This evolutionary process has been accelerating on the planet since the harmonic Convergence of 1987 and is due to culminate next year on December 21st. It is a leap of consciousness, giving humanity the opportunity to create a New Earth based on love, peace, spiritual maturity and harmony. It is no accident that Eckhart Tolle's book by that name became a best seller a few years ago, and the internet series that he and Oprah Winfrey offered was watched by millions! We can all feel this happening. Both humans and the planet itself keep vibrating more quickly, at a higher and higher frequency. On a cellular level, this means that we have become more like light: we are literally becoming en-lightened.
From a multidimensional perspective, this vibratory shift means we are learning to hold the frequency of 5D. On our 9 dimensional vertical axis, the vibration of 5D is the only higher dimension that is compatible with our 3D biology. Remember 5D holds the frequency of love and creativity. It also holds Unity Consciousness. Somewhere in the early 90's, spiritual teachers everywhere spontaneously began to help people open their hearts. While the 60's mantra of "peace and love" was of course, an important predecessor, what has been happening for the last 20 or so years has taken this further. People have been healing their heart wounds which has allowed them to open their heart chakras more and more. It now is common language to hear phrases like "speaking from one's heart" or "coming from one's heart." The irony is we will truly all benefit from this change and be able to live richer, more fulfilling lives even if we sacrifice wealth and power.

The weather alone caused from the Earth changes are daunting. I don't remember losing electricity as a child or for that matter for most of my adult life. Now to get through the year without losing electric power is something to be grateful for as the frequency and intensity of storms, tornadoes, blizzards and hurricane continues to grow. We are also re-learning a lesson that many of us began to glean in the late 60's and early 70's: we need to become more and more self-sufficient and sustainable. I remember the old bumper sticker that many of my friends had: "Think Globally, Act Locally." While that was good advice back then, it is essential information for our current and coming times. Figure out how to create your own electricity or to live well without it. Make sure you have a good supply of food and water on hand. But most importantly clear out any blocks to your being resourceful, creative, cooperative and kind should you be thrown into a crisis situation.
This year's Solstice is wedged between 3 eclipses in 4 weeks. Lightworkers.org gives a lovely summary of what these eclipses mean for us. Peggy Black, one of the site's channels, speaks of eclipses as portals to "Bathe Our Consciousness in New Energy." She goes on to explain that this is a time where we can activate amazing shifts in both our individual lives and the collective... This is exactly what I'm getting intuitively. The night before I read this, I was talking with my husband and pondering what is really being asked of us as preparation for 2012. I got so clearly that on 12/21/12 the biggest portal of all would open, and that we need to keep expanding our abilities as receptors for this new frequency. The chalice image is perfect. As each new portal opens, and Solstices, just like eclipses are a time when amazingly powerful portals open, we are being bombarded with ever-higher frequency light. This light is holding transformative intelligence that will allow us to activate and hold this planetary shift. When I hear talk about us being in an ascension process, this is what it means to me: we will ascend to (in other words be vibrating at or close to the same speed as) 5D frequency, yet still be walking in our 3D bodies on what we will still feel, look and sound like a 3D planet.
Hand Clow explains the change in frequency is coming from the gamma rays which have been hitting the Earth since 1998, as the Earth moves into what she calls the Photon band. She gives a lovely scientific explanation about how these gamma rays carry consciousness to us. What I saw and heard loud and clear as the receptor image came to me, is that we are the Holy Grail. On Winter Solstice 2012, we are quite literally going to be blasted with this energy. Remember Galactic Center is 9D and it has been moving into conjunction with our Winter Solstice Sun which is at 29% Sagitarrius, since the late 90's. The winter solstice of 2010 also coincided with a very powerful eclipse. The energies keep increasing, and the energy from the portal of 12/21/12 may exceed our wildest imagination. In order to utilize it at its best, we need to keep readying ourselves to receive this powerful and beautiful energy. We are developing rapidly and being asked to get those chalices ready for the BIG BLAST of light.
I presented yet another workshop on multidimensionality this weekend. This workshop was a 2-day event taught with my dear friend and colleague, Anyaa McAndrew. We had a circle of 12 of her students. Once again I was awed to see how this multidimensional model informed people to tune in and refine what they already knew. And as always, it inspires me when I see the number of people who are conscious and stepping into their higher dimensional frequency.
I believe in my heart there will be enough of us being chalices, receptors... for the big frequency blast. And I hope it will be a great celebratory event, and we'll be having a blast as we used to say in the early 60's. I hope too that we will tell the story to our future generations, that this was a magical and transformative time and nothing has ever been quite the same since.
So get ready for the party, my fellow-Earthlings. Keep doing your inner work. Keep opening your hearts and shining out love. Keep putting your roots in the core of Gaia. .... "For the times they are a-changin...."
Much of what I've learned and have been teaching about for decades, is that humanity is in the process of taking an evolutionary leap. This evolutionary process has been accelerating on the planet since the harmonic Convergence of 1987 and is due to culminate next year on December 21st. It is a leap of consciousness, giving humanity the opportunity to create a New Earth based on love, peace, spiritual maturity and harmony. It is no accident that Eckhart Tolle's book by that name became a best seller a few years ago, and the internet series that he and Oprah Winfrey offered was watched by millions! We can all feel this happening. Both humans and the planet itself keep vibrating more quickly, at a higher and higher frequency. On a cellular level, this means that we have become more like light: we are literally becoming en-lightened.
From a multidimensional perspective, this vibratory shift means we are learning to hold the frequency of 5D. On our 9 dimensional vertical axis, the vibration of 5D is the only higher dimension that is compatible with our 3D biology. Remember 5D holds the frequency of love and creativity. It also holds Unity Consciousness. Somewhere in the early 90's, spiritual teachers everywhere spontaneously began to help people open their hearts. While the 60's mantra of "peace and love" was of course, an important predecessor, what has been happening for the last 20 or so years has taken this further. People have been healing their heart wounds which has allowed them to open their heart chakras more and more. It now is common language to hear phrases like "speaking from one's heart" or "coming from one's heart." Charlotte's Web of Light and Dark
I just returned from presenting a workshop on multidimensionality in Charlotte, NC. One of the assistant ministers at this small Unity Church in Charlotte found me on Facebook, and even though he knew nothing about me or multidimensionality, there was something that called him to invite me to his church to offer this afternoon event. There were only 3 people signed up when I left home the day before, but Spirit kept telling me to go, so off I went.
10 people actually came to the workshop, which proved to be a perfect size: intimate so that everyone could make deep connections, and dynamic as everyone shared their input and experiences. It was a fabulous group. Very diverse and very developed. The oldest participant was 91. The youngest folks were in their 30's. There were 2 African Americans, a Latino, and both men and women. There seemed large variations in socioeconomic and educational backgrounds as well. But what we all shared were loving hearts, a commitment to spiritual growth and consciousness, and a passion to not just heal ourselves, but to heal the planet.
While most of the group had not been exposed to the idea that we had the ability to hold the frequency and intelligence of all 9-dimensions on the vertical access, most everyone was able to connect deeply with their multidimensional potential through the meditations. Many began to realize they were already intuitively connected with these dimensions prior to attending the workshop.
I ended by talking about British physicist, Joseph Barbour and his explanation of the mists in 6D. For those of you following this blog and/or who have read Barbara Hand Clow's Alchemy of 9 Dimensions or know of Barbour through his work, you might remember that he wrote of a "hypothetical" place he called Platonia. Platonia has all the characteristics of the 6th dimension, and of course, as its name suggests, corresponds to Plato's world of forms. Barbour not only used his scientific prowess to hypothesize the existence of Platonia, but to prove it exists mathematically. He explains that there are mists in this 6th dimensional place, which are formed by the thoughts humans hold in their "now." Those mists then replicate in 3D. So, as I pointed out to my group, we can see how collective belief systems not only have been created, but also how we can shift them to change our world.
In 1960, probably 95% of people on the planet believed that "war was inevitable." That created a hugely thick mist in 6D which kept replicating as war on the Earth. The protests over the Vietnam war began to shift that belief system so now there are a substantial number of people who believe "peace is possible." This is beginning to thin the War mist, and thicken the Peace mist. When we have enough people putting the "peace is possible" thought form into that 6D mist, it will become thicker than the war mist. At that point, peace will replicate on the planet, and voila, no more war. The same goes for gender and racial equality, and pretty much any social issue you can think of.
This is vital information to us because it provides a powerful tool we can use to continue collapsing the negative pyramidal structures that I spoke of in my last blog entry. Our ability to collapse these structures, which are all over our globe and which hold the energies of suffering and oppression in place on the planet, continues to expand. I am seeing these structures crumbling everywhere, as more of us who have unwittingly held their foundation in place shift out of the belief systems that have fed those particular 6D mists. As we refuse to buy into the reality that allows greed, domination and violence to rule the planet, those constructs, which have controlled us for millenniums, must ultimately fall. We each can play an active part in this process in several ways: first, we need to keep clearing the shadows of greed, domination and violence within ourselves by integrating those polarities so that the 4D canopy stays permeable, we need to keep expanding the 5D love energy in our hearts, and we need to send ongoing thought forms of generosity, justice, equality and peace into 6D.
Back to this special group of attendees. One of the participants spoke of her resentment about the negative forces that had taken hold of Charlotte. In response, several people let her know they were all working to counteract this energetically. Charlotte is a banking capital. The energy of greed has oppressed this potentially lovely city. More and more light-workers are drawn there now to do this work to collapse that energetic pyramid which has harmed the masses who have unconsciously held this structure in place in order that those at the top may remain and obtain positions of wealth, power and control. This is what is happening to the web in Charlotte which is just one city in just one state in just one country. The process of collapsing these pyramids is happening everywhere!
The accelerated energy on the planet is more potent than ever. There are 3 powerful eclipses occurring between June 1st and July 1st, and this is intensifying the collective transformation inside us as well as outside of us. It is truly shaking all of our foundations and asking that we release our attachment to the old that it may die a more gentle death. As the old passes, we are gestating the new structures based on 8th dimensional Guidance which will usher in the Golden Age. Birthing is the most powerful experience I have ever had, and this coming birth is one that my soul and perhaps yours, has been yearning for, for a very long time.
So practice your breathing techniques, folks. Our society may be rampantly passing out drugs to dull the experience, but there's nothing like natural childbirth to know one is truly embodied and alive. Our new creation has the potential to fulfill our deepest longing and outdo our wildest dreams.

Collapsing the Patriarchy on Planet Earth: An 8D/4D Adventure
We are in a portal of time when we can use 8th dimensional consciousness to collapse the dysfunctional power structures that have held us hostage for millenniums. The largest and loudest of these power structures is the Patriarchy. The Divine Order of 8D, provides Wisdom and Guidance rather than dogma and authoritarian structure, but as it moves downward through the dimensions and becomes polarized in 4D, humans become vulnerable to getting caught in the dualized version of that energy. This is what gives rise to these negative structures.
For those of you reading this blog regularly and/or coming to my workshops, you already know that when higher dimensional light reaches the 4D canopy, it splits into positive and negative poles. This creates a negative potential for the energy to get stuck in one pole or the other, distorting its original intent. (Hand Clow explains this phenomenon in her Alchemy of 9 Dimensions and shows us how we get stuck in that duality.) So, as Divine Guidance comes from 8D and travels down through the dimensions, two different options become available: If we are able to stay in the archetypal stream of 4D, we will find love, consciousness and inspiration, but if instead the energy moves into 4D duality, we'll find dogma and dominance. It is this dogma and dominance that has fueled the Patriarchy on this planet, oppressing the spirit of both men and women, and creating harm to all sentient beings including the planet herself. This is often acted out in 3D through religious structures that say one can only be a good person if one follows that religion's particular set of rules and buys into its belief system. (We all know how many wars have been started on the planet under the umbrella of one religion or the other.)
The 8D/4D relationship is similar to the distinction of power vs force that David Hawkins makes in his book of the same name. Hawkins defines power as being connected to Divine presence or Consciousness, which allows us access to our full potential vs. force, which keeps us disconnected and vulnerable to being controlled. This results in our being dominated by or dominating others. Clearly power, in Hawkins definition, has a very high vibrational frequency, and force has a much lower one. (4D muck if you will.)
I've been reading Sue Monk Kidd's "Dance of the Dissident Daughter," a book about her personal awakening that allowed her to break free of patriarchal consciousness. This was written over 15 years ago, but while I had heard the title and I love Monk Kidd's novels, I was never called to read this. As I'm reading the book, I'm realizing why I hadn't been called to read it before. The journey she writes about is a journey I had been privileged to take many years before that book was written. I had broken out of patriarchal consciousness in my 20's and had instinctively embraced the Divine Feminine. My adult life flowed well from there and so I was not compelled to read about her particular awakening, which has inspired many other women to get free and connect with that beautiful, wise powerful Feminine within.
Unlike Monk Kidd, I had thankfully not been raised in a faith tradition that had any hold on me. I broke away from standard religious thought in my teen years and had a natural aversion to all organized male-dominated religions. Despite my childhood awareness that orthodox Jewish men gathered each morning and in their prayer thanked "God" they were not born a woman, that just seemed so absurd to me, I never gave it any credence. My ongoing joke when I think my husband speaks or behaves in a way that has vestiges of unevolved male energy is for me to say (with all sincerity I might add) "Thank Goddess I wasn't born a man." Which typically gets us both laughing.
BUT now, this is a perfect book for me. As I'm studying and teaching about becoming a multidimensional human, and understanding more about how patriarchal religions conspire with 4th dimensional forces to keep humankind disempowered and disconnected, this book is a reminder of how important it is that we navigate 4D in such a way that we have access to 8D consciousness. It is this access that gives us the power to shift
the very structures that hold these negative thought forms together.
The patriarchy is lodged in 4D archetypes such as God, Yahweh, and Zeus. Jesus and Buddha are also represented in 4D in their lower vibrational forms as are other enlightened masters of all traditions; they've all had their teachings distorted in 4D. These are not archetypes that hold the energy of Divine Mind or 8D consciousness. Rather they are symbols that have lodged in our psyches to create a grave imbalance on Planet Earth. This imbalance has disconnected all women and men from wholeness, and has therefore promoted untold harm. Perhaps it was developmentally necessary to get us to this point, (this I'm not sure of) but without question, it is time to fully disengage these patriarchal forces and give rise to the collective sacred union of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine which will restore peace and balance and consciousness on our planet. This happens through directly accessing 8D.
To live on that 9D vertical access that Hand Clow speaks of, we need to live with authenticity. This is impossible unless we are free from numerous belief systems that have kept us in a collective trance. This collective trance is directly linked with distortions in 4D consciousness. When we break through this, we have automatic access to 8D. In her writing on the 8th dimension, Hand Clow uses a pyramid model to show how we are held "prisoners" to jobs, relationships or other lifestyle choices that don't affirm or empower us. Essentially the power elite operate the pyramid and keep themselves at the top. But they can only maintain this if everyone underneath plays the game. A pyramid is only as strong as its foundation. If those masses of us on the lower tiers of the pyramid refuse to play, the disempowering, dysfunctional structure will topple, or as she says "the pyramid will collapse."
We have to wake up in order to realize that we have the power to "refuse to play." We have to look within our own psyches, find those dysfunctional beliefs and transform them. We each have to be willing to risk breaking free from conventional wisdom and living life from our inner awareness, not from cultural norms or rules. While I know from experience, this is hugely satisfying, I also understand that it is very scary to walk away from 5000 plus years of so-called "tradition."
But just think of what a great party it will be to stand back and watch that old pyramid just collapse before our eyes, knowing that we can hold loving, positive 8D visions of what will replace it. So "gather 'round people", it's time! I can hear those stones beginning to rumble...

Hawkins defines power as being connected to Divine presence or Consciousness, which allows us access to our full potential vs. force, which keeps us disconnected and vulnerable to being controlled. This results in our being dominated by or dominating others. Clearly power, in Hawkins definition, has a very high vibrational frequency, and force has a much lower one. (4D muck if you will.)
I've been reading Sue Monk Kidd's "Dance of the Dissident Daughter," a book about her personal awakening that allowed her to break free of patriarchal consciousness. This was written over 15 years ago, but while I had heard the title and I love Monk Kidd's novels, I was never called to read this. As I'm reading the book, I'm realizing why I hadn't been called to read it before. The journey she writes about is a journey I had been privileged to take many years before that book was written. I had broken out of patriarchal consciousness in my 20's and had instinctively embraced the Divine Feminine. My adult life flowed well from there and so I was not compelled to read about her particular awakening, which has inspired many other women to get free and connect with that beautiful, wise powerful Feminine within.
Unlike Monk Kidd, I had thankfully not been raised in a faith tradition that had any hold on me. I broke away from standard religious thought in my teen years and had a natural aversion to all organized male-dominated religions. Despite my childhood awareness that orthodox Jewish men gathered each morning and in their prayer thanked "God" they were not born a woman, that just seemed so absurd to me, I never gave it any credence. My ongoing joke when I think my husband speaks or behaves in a way that has vestiges of unevolved male energy is for me to say (with all sincerity I might add) "Thank Goddess I wasn't born a man." Which typically gets us both laughing.
BUT now, this is a perfect book for me. As I'm studying and teaching about becoming a multidimensional human, and understanding more about how patriarchal religions conspire with 4th dimensional forces to keep humankind disempowered and disconnected, this book is a reminder of how important it is that we navigate 4D in such a way that we have access to 8D consciousness. It is this access that gives us the power to shift
the very structures that hold these negative thought forms together.
The patriarchy is lodged in 4D archetypes such as God, Yahweh, and Zeus. Jesus and Buddha are also represented in 4D in their lower vibrational forms as are other enlightened masters of all traditions; they've all had their teachings distorted in 4D. These are not archetypes that hold the energy of Divine Mind or 8D consciousness. Rather they are symbols that have lodged in our psyches to create a grave imbalance on Planet Earth. This imbalance has disconnected all women and men from wholeness, and has therefore promoted untold harm. Perhaps it was developmentally necessary to get us to this point, (this I'm not sure of) but without question, it is time to fully disengage these patriarchal forces and give rise to the collective sacred union of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine which will restore peace and balance and consciousness on our planet. This happens through directly accessing 8D.
To live on that 9D vertical access that Hand Clow speaks of, we need to live with authenticity. This is impossible unless we are free from numerous belief systems that have kept us in a collective trance. This collective trance is directly linked with distortions in 4D consciousness. When we break through this, we have automatic access to 8D. In her writing on the 8th dimension, Hand Clow uses a pyramid model to show how we are held "prisoners" to jobs, relationships or other lifestyle choices that don't affirm or empower us. Essentially the power elite operate the pyramid and keep themselves at the top. But they can only maintain this if everyone underneath plays the game. A pyramid is only as strong as its foundation. If those masses of us on the lower tiers of the pyramid refuse to play, the disempowering, dysfunctional structure will topple, or as she says "the pyramid will collapse."
We have to wake up in order to realize that we have the power to "refuse to play." We have to look within our own psyches, find those dysfunctional beliefs and transform them. We each have to be willing to risk breaking free from conventional wisdom and living life from our inner awareness, not from cultural norms or rules. While I know from experience, this is hugely satisfying, I also understand that it is very scary to walk away from 5000 plus years of so-called "tradition."
But just think of what a great party it will be to stand back and watch that old pyramid just collapse before our eyes, knowing that we can hold loving, positive 8D visions of what will replace it. So "gather 'round people", it's time! I can hear those stones beginning to rumble...

A plunge into the Archetypal Stream
These are magical times. Sometimes the magic is light and inspiring: you have a wish, thought, desire one moment and it manifests in the next; you think of someone you care for and haven't heard from in a long time and suddenly the phone rings or an email pops up. Sometimes the magic is dark and overwhelming: an earthquake occurs and nuclear reactors melt and spew radiation into our air and water, and we know without question, we are being lied to and the environmental destruction is daunting and affects us all.
This current journey on Planet Earth calls us to stay more centered and loving than ever. And, this is a tall task. To stand in our personal power with loving hearts and a positive vision while all that we believed to be true is crumbling beneath our feet -- now that's something that can build character, evolve your soul and teach you how to walk through your daily life in a state of expanded consciousness, if you have the tools you need to navigate in this new territory.
Because the frequency of our planet is speeding up, our access to higher dimensional awareness is more open than ever, but an essential skill for all of us is to know how to handle 4th Dimension challenges . Remember 4D is like a canopy over us and when light from the higher dimensions enters it, it splits into positive and negative poles. There is nothing inherently wrong with that because polarity creates a dynamic energy that brings forth physical manifestation in 3D. It's the yin/yang, the male/female energy that asks us to hold the energy of sacred union. But when we we are not consciously holding this integration of opposites, we create duality by getting attached to one pole or the other. This creates negative emotional dramas that stress us, distract us, and can, if we are not careful, cause us to behave in ways that are harmful to ourselves, to others, and to our planet. It's really important to learn how to release this attachment and instead to hold awareness in such a way that we allow the themes of these dramas to flow through us.
To give you a better understanding of 4D dramas that get enacted in 3D, we can look to the Greek gods and goddesses. According to Hand Clow, these entities actually reside in 4D because all archetypes reside in 4D. Greek mythology is full of bizarre dramas the Gods/Goddesses engaged in. It is myths like these that give us important clues about 4D reality. Archetypes have a force and consciousness but no human body so they like to get us to act out crazy plays for them, perhaps for their entertainment. Conversely, we have bodies but without the archetypal realm, we would have no symbolic context to understand our nature, so we need these archetypes to better understand ourselves. These forces reside within us as well, and it is our job to honor these forces without allowing them to do harm.
Many Indigenous cultures were able to stay in what Hand Clow refers to as the archetypal stream. They created plays and other art forms that allowed these 4D forces to flow through them without turning destructive. This is exactly what we have to learn to do in order to keep that magic working for rather than against us, both individually and collectively.
Learning self-observation, to view our emotions and emotional responses from a place of objectivity and non-reactivity is the key here. Whenever we feel ourselves reacting, that's the sign we are getting hung up in the duality of 4D; we're allowing those archetypes to mess with us. So notice the signals you get. An important signal for me is when there is a tightening or intensity in my solar plexus. This is my sign to stop, to deep breathe and de-brief. With the vibrational field of the planet speeding up, my experience is that I have to work ever-harder to release attachment to my emotional reactions. Some days of course, are easier than others.
The technique of ho' oponopono is a useful one here: it's both simple and remarkably powerful. For those of you unfamiliar, one simply focuses on whatever is causing the internal discomfort be it fear or judgement, and say these words: "I love you, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you." This phrase has a neutralizing affect if you say it to yourself over and over again until the feeling releases.
I find journaling works wonders for me. Once I write the words on a page, it seems like those archetypal responses can flow right through me, freeing my energy and my heart. Or you might want to say a prayer, meditate, hold a yoga asana: whatever it takes for you to get free again.
So remember, the first step is awareness. Begin to notice when these 4D forces are acting on you. Then figure out which tools work best for you and USE them. We will all be most grateful.

A Multi-Dimensional Perspective on Death
You might be wondering where last week's blog entry went as I usually post by the weekend. And I certainly would have loved to, but I was travelling back to IL with my husband to visit my mother-in-law who, at 90, was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and put in a nursing home. My energy around these travels was focused on her and our family there.
It was an unexpectedly wonderful trip because my heart felt so open and so full, especially from connecting with my mother-in-law. She has been through a huge amount in the last few months, and has transitioned to this facility with amazing surrender and wisdom. She has kept a natural sense of dignity and humor; very inspiring to those around her.
So what does this have to do with multi-dimensionality? A few things. First of all, my mother-in-law clearly modelled that one can get to a place in their life when they are no longer struggling with 4-D polarity issues. And while this was not a woman to have negative dramas in general, I think that now more than ever before, her heart is open and she is being given unconscious access to higher dimensions. Her ka seems pretty much "in" even though she has never heard the word or the concept. And she has a peaceful glow around her much of the time.
Part of her open-heartedness is due, no doubt, to the influx of love that came from her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was emanating the open-heart energy that comes directly from 5D. And it is exactly what we need most now in our world if we are going to be able to not just physically survive, but thrive in the present paradigm shift on our planet: a great collective cycle of death and rebirth.
My mother-in-law is not likely to stay in her body much longer. She's in hospice care and although there is nothing about her right now that suggests she's immediately ready to turn in her body and head out for the Spirit World, if she made it for another year, that would be quite remarkable.
So this has got me thinking. What happens multi-dimensionally when we pass? Once out of our body, we clearly wouldn't have access to the first 3 dimensions. This means that we would no longer be functioning on the 9D vertical axis. I also think that once we really leave our 3D form behind, the polar energies of 4D wouldn't be operative. (My friend and colleague Anyaa McAndrew thinks we have to pass through 4D as part of the bardo experience, and perhaps that is true, but if so, it seems only a passing through.)
As I flip through Michael Newton's wonderful book Destiny of Souls (which I read with great excitement and focus some years ago), I see that what appears to happen multi-dimensionally before birth and after death, is that we take on the frequency of our light bodies. He talks about the soul's inter-dimensional travels, and from his case studies he's collected by regressing people through hypnosis to pre-birth experiences, I sense after physical death, we may well find ourselves travelling both in the 6th and the 8th dimension. (Not sure about the 7th, but certainly that might be part of it.)
It seems once we leave our bodies, we ascend pretty quickly into our 6th dimensional ka body. We have left our ego and our physical form behind, and what is left of us is that purity of essence, but still individuated. 6D is a mental level of awareness, created by a higher speed of light than operates in the first 3 dimensions. There is still some sense of physical form so the soul is able to recognize others and be recognized by others. Even though our human body no longer exists, our mind is able to project 3D-type images onto our 6D energetic configurations.
Then there are the Councils of Elders that Newton's subjects describe, who seem very much like the Beings of Light in 8D. 8D creates Divine order as well, (it has been referred to by Hand Clow as being home to the "Galactic Federation), so it is interesting that Newton found before each new incarnation, a soul would appear before a Council that helped the soul choose what lessons, challenges and contracts they would take on in their next birth. The important thing to understand about 8D though is that this is very high frequency Light and the beings that operate there are not the mythic Gods and Goddesses of the archetypal 4D realm. They do not interfere in each soul's evolution, rather they hold the energy of wisdom and unconditional love as the soul makes choices for itself. Thus they operate at a much higher frequency. These beings also hold the consciousness that organizes Light so that it can descend into what we call physical form.
The Great Mystery solved? Well I don't mean to imply that by any means, but I think that living from a multi-dimensional perspective gives us important clues to this larger reality that more and more of us are gaining access to.
So brother/sister Earthlings, let's frolic while we may, watching Winter die to Spring, knowing this is just a small snippet of the far more dramatic cycles of death, transformation and rebirth that await us all. What a blessing it is to be conscious on the great journey.

New Levels of Consciousness, the New Earth and the Great Blue Heron --
As my husband Dennis and I were having dinner last night, I looked out the french door I was facing, and saw 2 blue herons, high up in the sky, flying in our direction. We both jumped up, and got out to our deck just as the birds approached. Initially one heron was behind the other by some distance, but as we watched them, they began to fly in closer proximity to each other, and then when they were directly overhead, they circled together one time to let us really connect with them before they headed off to complete their journey.
Something magical seemed to happen. I was left with this strange and uplifted feeling. It felt like a multi-dimensional meld that I cannot clearly explain. It was subtle, but it left me with a deeper realization that everything we see is working in several dimensions at one time.
We have been taught to limit our perception. And it is only when we shed this conditioning, that we can begin to feel the multi-dimensional energies that are inherent in all of our reality. When we are tuned into these energies, two important things occur: first, we cannot help but see things from a big picture perspective, and second, we stand in our sovereignty. It is no longer possible to have our belief system or our perceptions controlled by outside forces. It is no longer possible to convince us that we are less than the wondrous beings we have been encoded to become.
The color blue, and therefore blue birds and bird sounds in general, are directly connected with the 7th dimension. Sound vibrations are formed in 7D from 8D light, and they make their way down to create 6D geometry which then replicates, when we collectively allow it, in 3D. It was as if those blue herons carried a multi-dimensional ley line with them that went directly into me and confirmed in a deeper way, how everything is interconnected.
There's more. When I went to look up birds in The Pleiadian Agenda (an earlier book written by Barbara Hand Clow than the Alchemy of Nine Dimensions which I usually cite), I found the information in a section entitled: "A Higher Dimensional View of Radioactivity". This book was written in the 90's, but the synchronicity going on now did not escape me.
A few blog posts ago I wrote about how we had entered the 9th and final wave of the Mayan calendar on March 10th and that the planet Uranus moved into the sign of Aries on March 12th. I related these events to the earthquake/tsunami/nuclear power plant explosions which occurred on that day and is now putting radiation into our atmosphere. The wind, the sea and international travel assure us radiation will impact the globe and ultimately show up here in our food and water supply. As I was trying to make multi-dimensional sense of my connection with the blue herons, I inadvertently found that in the 90's Hand Clow was channeling information that radiation and how we deal with it, is an important part of our evolution and the planetary ascension process. It was in the same section that spoke of blue birds and their connection to 7D. That got my attention.
Radiation, according to Hand Clow, has the power to pollute not just our physical bodies, but our emotional bodies. She sees this as part of the big picture, the multi-dimensional story of human development. From her perspective, the intelligences of 1D asked to be exposed to all elements which included radiation. Radiation is non-toxic in some dimensions but clearly toxic in 3D and thus for humans. She also suggests there are 4th dimensional beings that had/have an investment in humans being controlled and un-awakened... and that a power elite on our planet is committed to carrying out this 4D agenda. Radiation, by getting lodged in our physical and emotional bodies can create chaos that keeps us stuck in the old paradigm. BUT, and to me this is the most important part, the emotional pollution and physical toxicity of radiation can and will be transmuted through opening our hearts; through love.
Too fantastic you might say. Perhaps. But as I do my best to watch as events unfold, this begins to make sense to me. For the last 10 or 15 years, there have been a plethora of healers and teachers around the globe teaching people to connect with their hearts. And many of us have been doing this independently of each other. For the last several decades, much of psychotherapy has been helping people to clear their emotional bodies. When our emotional bodies are clear, we can honor all emotions, letting them flow through us in non-harmful ways, and ultimately radiate pure love.
It is now time for this to happen on a larger level. It is the time for the collective awakening. As we transmute this internal and external toxicity with love, we begin to unleash amazing forces of creativity which can lead us to equally amazing solutions. Did we have to cause this level of pain and pollution for new consciousness to arise? I have no answer for that... but since this pain and pollution is here, we are being guided on how to use it for positive ends.
Take a moment and go to your hearts. Perhaps rub your hands together first and place them over your heart chakra. Just let the energy around your heart melt... relax...release. Let all the old unhealed wounds and fears that have been lodged there, fall away... just for now... and fill your hearts with Divine love. Breathe that love in and breathe it out. Bathe yourself first in this love, and then send it out to everyone and everything on our planet. See all those you care about bathed in this love. Let it spread to more and more people and larger and larger areas until it is everywhere. See how it dissolves the old painful energies and opens us up to new clear energy.

Radiation is non-toxic in some dimensions but clearly toxic in 3D and thus for humans. She also suggests there are 4th dimensional beings that had/have an investment in humans being controlled and un-awakened... and that a power elite on our planet is committed to carrying out this 4D agenda. Radiation, by getting lodged in our physical and emotional bodies can create chaos that keeps us stuck in the old paradigm. BUT, and to me this is the most important part, the emotional pollution and physical toxicity of radiation can and will be transmuted through opening our hearts; through love.
Too fantastic you might say. Perhaps. But as I do my best to watch as events unfold, this begins to make sense to me. For the last 10 or 15 years, there have been a plethora of healers and teachers around the globe teaching people to connect with their hearts. And many of us have been doing this independently of each other. For the last several decades, much of psychotherapy has been helping people to clear their emotional bodies. When our emotional bodies are clear, we can honor all emotions, letting them flow through us in non-harmful ways, and ultimately radiate pure love.
It is now time for this to happen on a larger level. It is the time for the collective awakening. As we transmute this internal and external toxicity with love, we begin to unleash amazing forces of creativity which can lead us to equally amazing solutions. Did we have to cause this level of pain and pollution for new consciousness to arise? I have no answer for that... but since this pain and pollution is here, we are being guided on how to use it for positive ends.
Take a moment and go to your hearts. Perhaps rub your hands together first and place them over your heart chakra. Just let the energy around your heart melt... relax...release. Let all the old unhealed wounds and fears that have been lodged there, fall away... just for now... and fill your hearts with Divine love. Breathe that love in and breathe it out. Bathe yourself first in this love, and then send it out to everyone and everything on our planet. See all those you care about bathed in this love. Let it spread to more and more people and larger and larger areas until it is everywhere. See how it dissolves the old painful energies and opens us up to new clear energy.

Planet Falling Apart? Let's go to 6D and bring in the KA body of the Earth
The other day in my morning practice, as I was holding the awareness of myself as a 9D vertical axis of love, I got a flash of how we can heal the Earth by bringing in its Ka body. After all, if my sense of well-being depends on my ka being in or out, that should be equally true for our planet. If everything we can conceive of has its geometric configuration residing in 6D, a perfected version of Planet Earth must be residing there as well. Remember 6D geometry replicates in 3D. So what is stopping the Earth's ka from replicating in a noticeable way in this earth dimension? And how can we help change things to facilitate this process?
When my ka is out, or not fully activated in my field, it is because I am running resistant energy that keeps it from making its full connection. Perhaps I am scared, or sad or angry and not quite aligned with those emotions, so my energy is out of sync. Perhaps my ego is running outside of my control, unable to quiet itself for the Divine to enter. To change this, I need to notice what is happening. If I'm paying attention, I'll notice this rather quickly, if I'm not, I may need to start feeling bad before I realize that the hand of consciousness is tapping me on the shoulder. How bad it has to get is totally up to me. The sooner I wake up, the sooner I will feel better. This brings the obvious question: how bad does it have to get for enough people on our planet to wake up? And how can we do our part?
When I realize my ka is out, I start taking some deep centering breaths. I focus on quieting and disengaging from my ego. Then I go to my heart center and call my ka body back in. This is an energetic process. I essentially have to create a loving space and then magnetize my ka to come fully into resonance with me.
Why not the same process for the Earth? First we need to notice our disconnection. We've been getting signals about this for eons. They have intensified in the last several decades. And now, with the events that have been unfolding in Japan in the last week, they've gotten just about as clear as they can get. Of course we can always choose to stay in our denial, but it's not what I would recommend.
Let's take a deep collective breath and get centered. As we take that deep breath, create a conscious intention to breathe both as an individual, and for the Earth. Look at the ego-driven forces within ourselves and the ego-driven forces on our planet, and energetically calm them down. Then let's go to our hearts and open them, first for ourselves for being willing to disengage from our egoic needs, and then for Mother Earth to let her know how much we love and appreciate her. Let her know how sorry we are that she has suffered so much at our hands. Imagine our Earth right in the middle of our hearts... maybe you can see yourself as holding that full 9D axis when you do this... so that you have become vast. Let's hold her in our hearts, love her unconditionally and see the energy field around her clearing so that her ka can enter. This is a way for us to let her know that we recognize her sacred energy...and that we will get out of her way so she can resonate more fully with her ka body.
We need to do this as well for all the fear that is coming up on the planet. Imagine holding that fear in our vast hearts and soothing it and calming it. It is not fear that will change our world, it is love and the commitment to stay conscious that will bring about global transformation. Hold the frequency of love, hold the frequency of peace, hold the frequency of abundance and creativity. And remember the more of us that do this, the stronger those mists grow in 6D and the closer we come to living on a spiritually awakened/ spiritually connected planet.
I will hold you all in my heart today as I hold our Mother Earth.

Multi-Dimensional Fundamentals
After my last blog entry, my sister-in-law, Laura sent me a Facebook comment saying she was still "ka-fused." The punning went on, garnering input from her daughter and my husband, until we all had to STOP the insane word-ka-listhenics. Nonetheless, her comment (noticed how I restrained myself on that one), was another sign to me that I had to write a blog entry giving people a 9-D base-line. So today's the day.
You may want to refer to the rather primitive chart below: This was an adaptation I made from Barbara Hand Clow's 9D Vertical Axis, and it is at the heart of living our multi-dimensional potential. This chart is really a picture of each of us in 9D. As you might remember from my post "Life as a Tuning Fork," I explained how the gravitational spin out from the density of 1D (1st dimension) which is in the core of the Earth, and the very high-frequency gravitational force of 9D (ninth dimension) which is the black hole in galactic center, located at the center of the Milky Way, activate each other to create all the dimensions which exist in between. This is an interactive, electro-magnetic process: 1D informs 2D and on up the axis: 9D informs 8D and so on down the axis. And all the dimensions inform each other as well
The most important piece to keep in mind, is that we are capable of embodying all 9-dimensions in our 3D selves. This means we can stay in human form and extend our consciousness all the way up to Galactic Center and Divine Mind, and all the way down to the intelligences of the elements and our Earth's core. This allows us to operate as the conscious beings that we all can be. As more and more of us are able to hold these energies or frequencies, the conscioiuness on the Earth shifts. We are capable of ridding ourselves and our planet of war, pollution, hunger, injustice, cruelty, hatred and anything else that propagates suffering and destruction.
Thus the dimensions in the diagram below not only exist in time and space, they exist within us as well. Sadly, we have been deeply conditioned to ignore this, and to leave these potent gifts to lie dormant. There have been millenniums of cultural collective beliefs aimed at keeping us shut-down. Now, we have the privilege of living in an age where we can break through and awaken to our highest potential. There is an interesting astronomical correspondence. Scientists are finding high intensity gamma rays which have been bombarding our planet since the 1990's, and which Hand Clow sees as helping us break through those old, inaccurate beliefs about ourselves. This is allowing us, en masse, to open up our consciousness and this collective awakening includes activating our 9D potential.
Back to the chart: (and don't be concerned if it all doesn't compute just yet... this is very complex material) -- The waves of intelligence that spin out of the 9th dimension go down one octave, to create very high frequency light in the 8th dimension. This corresponds to what we would call Divine Mind or Divine Order. We cannot really conceptualize the 8th dimension, we can only experience it. Things like watching synchronicities and/or noticing when your prayers have been answered in your daily life, connect you up to 8D. The light from 8D then spins down another octave into the 7th Dimension: the dimension of sound. "In the beginning there was the word..."
Remember that each dimension holds a electro-magnetic frequency where it vibrates at a certain speed. 7D sound, when slowed down an octave, creates 6D geometric patterns of light. (Those of you familiar with the water crystal study will have a better understanding of how this works.) I've written a lot in this blog about 6D (see my 12/20 post: "6D really is ideal, just ask Plato" ), as it both fascinates me and has really been speaking to me these days... I feel as if I really understand it. 6D is Plato's world of forms. Everything that we know of or conceive of, all objects and all qualities, exist in geometric light forms in 6D. The human ka originates in 6D. Morphic fields created in 6D (energy fields which hold these geometric form) also contain mists made up of what we think of as human qualities -- remember my blog about love-mists and war-mists? (12/29 post: "The mists of 6D, where our thoughts really go.")
Everything in 6D gets directly replicated in 3D. (3 octaves lower.) But the two dimensions in between 6D and 3D are keys in terms of what quality of reality we create in 3D. If we are not open to the love that is coming through from 5D and we are unable to neutralize the duality of 4D, then 3D replicates a lot of what I'd call "ungodly" qualities: the pain, cruelty, suffering and destruction we are witnessing on our planet.
Hand Clow says "5D is the realm of light that centers in the human heart and is resonant with Earth's biological creatures and plants... the light's vibrational frequency is called samadhi -- the realizable human experience of communion
with the Divine." One of the things that delighted and astounded me was finding out that the heart meditation that I thought I created and used in my workshops for the last 10 years or so was simultaneously being taught by numerous other teachers and was almost identical, even though we were all doing this intuitively. All over the planet, people are learning to open their hearts in a way that simply was not done even a few decades ago. This is 5D and we are embodying it!
4D is more complicated. What happens is that when the light from the higher dimensions comes to the 4th dimension, it splits into positive and negative qualities. The 4th dimension holds all of the archetypes that we have on the planet. In my opinion, it corresponds to Carolyn Myss's 8th chakra. So we have all the mythic Gods and Goddesses, devils and demons in the 4D field. As humans, we have the capacity to integrate these qualities, because of course, they all exist within us... to essentially neutralize the light and dark energies so that they don't have to keep acting out their dramas in 3D. The cultural beliefs I spoke of above, have kept us from bringing about a planetary shift, but I do believe now is the time.
The second dimension exists below the Earth's crust, but also within us. It is made up of all the elements (remember that chart from middle school science) and holds the intelligence from the rocks and crystals and metals. Since our physical bodies are made up of these elements, we can see how 2D creates in 3D.
The first dimension is simple. It is the deep, dense, iron core of the planet that emits an energy to create gravity. Without this gravity there would be nothing to activate the 9th dimensional spin that creates 2D-8D. As we open our consciousness to the high frequency waves of Galactic Center, we better darn well be "grounded" by sending our roots into the crystal iron core of the Earth. Otherwise, whoosh, we are likely to topple. So it is 1D that creates our sense of stability. (Did 9D create 1D? Let me know if you figure that out.)
Okay, that's a whole lot to embody, but hey, it's calorie-free.

Life as a tuning fork
Imagine that you can heal yourself and our planet, just by being you. No muss, no fuss, just stand in place and vibrate. (What? You might ask. Has she gone mad? Of course. But that's another story.)
An essential part of living our multi-dimensional potential is to experience ourselves on the 9 dimensional vertical axis, (a model Barbara Hand Clow downloaded from the Pleiadians, and which I will begin to explain later in this blog.) As we learn to do this, we actually become high frequency tuning forks, sending out loving, conscious "radio" waves to all who are open to receiving them. Imagine people all over our planet vibrating at this healing frequency and feel for a moment what that might be like. Now there's a planet I want to live on.
A key factor in our capacity to vibrate like this in any consistent way, is to process our emotions so that we don't get caught in 4D duality. (remember 4D operates like a canopy over us which can get thick and impassible if we are stuck in trauma or drama. This canopy then blocks our ability to access higher dimensional energy.) I'm learning that whenever I feel an emotional upset, about anything, I am getting stuck in one pole or the other, in the 4th dimension. Thankfully, I know how to get unstuck. It's a meditation I offer at my workshops. Through it one learns how to identify and then integrate both 4D poles. This neutralizes upsetting emotional energy and makes 4D permeable. It's the trick to freeing up your frequency.
Now to give you a better sense of the 9D axis. At the bottom of the axis is the great circle of the first dimension which is the iron crystal core of the Earth, and at the top of the axis is the great circle of Galactic Center which is the ninth dimension and resides in the center of our milky way galaxy. Imagine there is a straight line between the two and that you can stand on that line, which goes deep below your feet and extends up way above your head, and align your spinal column to it.
Both 1D and 9D have gravitational forces. Obviously the most dense of these is found in the center of our Earth. Here the energy moves very slowly which creates the most solid state of matter. Gravity creates a spin which spins out materiality from the Earth's Center. Simultaneously, there is a very high frequency gravitational force that spins out of galactic center in 9D. This creates a double-helix causing 1 D and 9 D to interact with each other in a rather magical way and creates all the dimensions that exist in between. Each dimension has its own special intelligence and gifts.
As humans, we are encoded to hold all of these dimensions simultaneously while living on our 3D home. Knowing about the 9 dimensions gives us the opportunity to stayed clear and grounded by connecting with the Earth's core, and to use our highest consciousness by reaching up into Galactic Center where pure bliss resides. Then we can vibrate this frequency to ourselves and the world. As we do this, we'll be including the elementals and crystal intelligences of 2D, the archetypal stream of 4D, the heart-love of 5D, the perfected geometric energy configurations of 6D, the sounds of 7D and the light of 8D. Just returned from a wonderful, nostalgic journey back to the town I lived in for most of my adult life. So many people I deeply love: family, friends, students, clients... and presented a wonderful workshop on multi-dimensionality at the local Unity Church... All that has me feeling pretty in tune.
