And Yet Another Portal Opens, Bringing Some Soul-Searching Questions

On 11/11 (at 11:11), I attended a pipe ceremony led by Ruby Falconer up on the deck of our Spirit Temple in the Isis Cove community where I live.  We carried the intent to activate yet a deeper level of awakening for our planet.  Ruby has been carrying this Blue Star pipe since the 11/11/11 portal and as she spoke of this anniversary, she also pointed out that 11/11/2011 was an "8" day, and this year, 11/11/2012 falls on a "9" day, the number of completion.  That immediately resonated with me.

I began connecting to the 11:11 consciousness at the Harmonic Convergence held in August of 1987.  The Harmonic Convergence was the first synchronized meditation to collectively welcome a new awakening for planet Earth and thus was the first large portal to bring in the multidimensional consciousness which supports this next evolutionary step for us Earthlings and prepares us for 12/21/12. (I'm sure you've noticed, this is right around the corner.)

That was 25 years ago.  My children were little, my youngest not even a year old.  My husband and I put together a make-shift ceremony for our family at dusk, creating a circle in our yard and sending out prayers for Mother Earth.  At one point, my 4-year-old daughter ran into the family room and returned with a large toy ball decorated with a map of the planet which she was placed in the center of our circle, intuitively helping to create the new "awakened" energy grid which should fully surround our planet by Winter Solstice of this year.

Now, we have arrived at this latest and perhaps last transformative 11:11 portal.  It is the largest thus far, since each successive portal since the Convergence expands exponentially in terms of the amount of higher consciousness it ushers in.  We still have the 12/12 portal and 12/21 portal this year, which interestingly are both "11" days, but the vibration for the 11:11 is completing.  Now we will be called on to integrate all of the awareness we have experienced in the last 25 years and help all beings who wish to, step into the frequency that corresponds to our ascension into the 5D consciousness of New Earth.

I got pretty excited when I thought about that.  While yes, we are still stuck in aspects of 3D polarity, 25 years ago we didn't even understand what we were stuck in. There has been progress. And as Ruby pointed out to me later, 12/12/12 and 12/21/12 are a series of 1 + 2 which of course equals 3.  This represents the "resolution of duality, the third thing."  And the only place we can go with this resolution is out of "polarity" consciousness and into the Unity consciousness of 5D.

A few days ago, while still in this 11:11 window,  John Horneker came to the Cove to speak about Ascension and the New Earth to a group of us at Anyaa McAndrew's Full Moon Sanctuary.  John and I have had a fair number of conversations on this topic, but when I sat in a group listening to him, something connected for me in a new way.

What became most significant was the idea that we really do have to “choose” whether we are willing to release all known attachments if we are going to ride this Ascension wave, at least the early ones. (There may be several waves.) John’s belief is that when we ascend into 5D, we have a whole new planet, whole new structures.  He did say we would be creating with visualization, so ha, I could just create my house for example.  But not likely I could create say, all those great restaurants in nearby Asheville. So clearly, I've been pondering just what my attachments are.  And what it may mean to me if 3D no longer exists on our planet.

I don’t know if it’s my denial or if I’m tuning in differently, but I don’t think the outer change will be that drastic. I see a gradual outer change based on our frequency change (we all agree that ascension is a frequency chage.)  BUT, for instance, how can one keep having our energy company in 5D?  Our banks in 5D?  Our hospitals in 5D?  And why would we want to?  How about this new edition of my Empowering the Spirit book I’m hoping to release in the next month or so?  Why should I bother?  (Well I suppose if there are waves of ascension, then there is a good reason for getting the book out in that form to help others along.)  What about our social security checks and my husband's pension check which allows me the luxury of sitting here writing this blog.  That seems to make no sense in 5D.

This all brings me to main attachment:  my comfortable life.  Unlike many on the planet, I’m content. I’m living the life I want.  Am I ready to wake up in a whole new reality?  Am I ready to have that world based on peace and love that we’ve been putting out to the Universe all these years?  

I feel I’m being called to a deeper level of soul searching here, and perhaps you are too.  On one hand, sure, “bring it on.”  I’ll adjust.  And maybe adjusting in 5D is much easier than adjusting in 3D.  I know that what really brings joy is connecting with our Oneness; connecting with unconditional love.  So it’s a no brainer.  BUT I still have an ego structure.  Will it step in and interfere?  Does it need more preparation? Will it say “hell no, I’m not going to go?  I can’t give up all those yummy restaurants and sipping wine and going to the playground with my grandson and my beautiful mountain home and maybe even my husband.  And what about my kids… are they all on board the 5D train?"

So these are the questions that arise for me as I drop into the energy this latest 11:11 portal.  My Spirit longs for moving ever-closer to Source, while my ego still holds its old agenda. Perhaps the resolution will be spontaneous as we move through the 12/12 and 12/21 portals.  Perhaps my ego will gently go into surrender because the Call for my Spirit is so intense.  That will be lovely.  But just in case, Sister and Brother Earthlings, you might want to ponder what attachments still remain in your life.  And remember, just beam them unconditional love and enjoy the ride.

Oh No! Not Bliss again!

I'm still fired up about the idea that being 5th dimensional is our natural state.  This truth is lodged in my cells and feels as palpable to me as the blood flowing through my veins.  I think when this awareness truly sinks in for us, we can no longer go about living the life we have been living, worrying about the things we have been worrying about.

Or can we?  Or do I?

My experience is that the seesaw effect is still going on.  Our minds are programmed in 3D, as are our survival beliefs, so we don't let go of all of that easily.  My life flows better and better the more I awaken and since I started awakening fairly early in this incarnation, I've had 3-1/2 decades of amazing ease.  But that doesn't mean I still don't get caught or stuck in polarity on occasion.  It is frustrating and confusing, but perhaps an important part of the process.  (Hmmm is that one of those archaic, dysfunctional 3D beliefs like "if it's not hard it doesn't count?"  Didn't I write a whole chapter about how to identify and shift those beliefs in my book Empowering the Spirit?)

And then there's all the collective resistance to this bliss stuff, to getting back to the Paradise frequency that takes us out of struggle and well, into bliss.  I just saw some information that we are going from the Electronic Information Age, to the Creator Age, which is just another way of saying what we've all heard in a million other ways:  "thoughts create"  "we create our reality."  Science is even able to back this up now.  So really, what is the problem?  Why not just take a deep breath, release the old beliefs and pain and let Ascension happen?

I believe it comes down to the phrase I intend to start my workshop next week off with: "What humans are most attached to is our suffering."  It's a quote (or paraphrase) from G. I. Gurdjiieff, that odd Russian metaphysical philosopher who wrote the book "Meetings with Remarkable Men" back in the early 60's (and who I think included a woman, but in looking at the table of contents on Amazon, I don't see this.)  I read this book close to 40 years ago, so it is difficult to say what my memory has extracted that is literal vs what is symbolic, but this phrase has never left me, and the wisdom of it appears to strengthen the more I develop.

One of the ways we stay stuck in suffering is through a somewhat popular misconception that if we believe we can reach a state of ongoing Bliss, we not honoring our humanness and are likely to be light-polarized and trying to by-pass our emotional wounding.   By light-polarized, I mean we have a fear or inability to see and own our shadow and the collective Shadow.  But it is misconceptions like that keeps us locked in suffering.  Of course we need to own and integrate the Shadow... that's an essential part of the Ascension process because you can't navigate through 4D without doing this.  And you can't make it through 4D if you are in denial or in reactivity to old emotional wounding.  But once you have done enough emotional healing and integration of the shadow, you can move through 4D... then kazaam -- there is no polarity and therefore no shadow. Light and Dark in whatever form they exist in 5D are just different reflections of the same substance we call God.  Now c'mon brother/sister Earthlings, we've all been working at owning and integrating our shadow and healing our emotional wounds.  Let's just breath deeply and Ascend.

Then there is the argument that arises:  how can we see all the suffering on our 3D Earth and not do something about it?  Now my mind thinks this is a good question.  I think the answer though depends on which assemblage point we look out from.  From our 3D perspective, we must engage in activities to confront the issues directly.  That would be fine if they worked.  I'm concerned about polluting the planet, so I recycle and use cloth bags and napkins, generate some electricity through our solar panels and try to minimize my use of gasoline and buy only necessary goods, that kind of thing.  But the reality is that my efforts, even if everyone else got on board, will not save us from global warming and the devastation of climate change.  Maybe if humans had caught on in the 60's when we first tried to warn them, but at this point, it is highly unlikely we are going to change the 3D devastation.  Still, when I operate out of 3D, my ego can feel good that I'm doing something it deems positive.  And in this 3D consciousness, I can worry about all of the floods and droughts and storms and feel very concerned indeed, and my ego can laud me for being a "good person."

But if I look out of my 5D eyes, I see that we are beyond 3D solutions.  And I see the frequency of the planet and of many of us on the planet, is changing.  I'm not going to stop my environmental stewardship, but the most effective thing I can do to really help humanity is to consistently plug in the "love frequency."  (Which still doesn't give me a right to trash our beautiful planet but not because I'm going to save our 3D world, only because to honor the planet is to live in a loving way.)

As we ascend onto the New Earth, does all the devastation magically disappear?  Now what was that again?  Oh yeah, "Thoughts create."  But there are time when my thoughts get nervous trying to create this. You know all those years we all heard about what silly idealists we were, and that at some point we would have to "grow up" and face reality.  Oh wait, they taught us there was only one reality.  Now why in the Universe would I believe anything like this when I know it is NOT TRUE?  Why don't I just take a few deep centering breaths and ...  Ascend!

We really can return to the Garden.  We really can experience reality from a place of love and grace and well-being.  We can heal our wounds and reclaim our planet and stop wars and abuse and keep our hearts consistently and magnificently open if only we empower those visions and quiet our very insane 3-D minds.

So altogether now:  BREATHE DEEPLY, and once more, BREATHE REALLY DEEPLY, and yet another time, take that deep centering BREATH and at the count of 3 or 300 or 3000.... ASCEND!

And voila!   Here we are in (that darn) BLISS AGAIN!

All Together Now... UNDULATE AS ONE

For those of you who have noticed and wondered where my blog has disappeared to, I would love to explain it simply is getting published in the higher dimensions and tell you what the link is, but alas best I can tell, that would be a lie, and I definitely don't know the link.  In 3D, I just backed off.  I had a multitude of reasons, the most important of which is that I wasn't feeling that multidimensional connection for a while, and had to get re-inspired.

Other reasons, should you be on the edge of your seat, include needing to refocus on and reenter the experience of my book EMPOWERING THE SPIRIT: A Process to Activate Our Soul's Potential. This is my book that came out the end of 2005 and which I'm now getting ready to publish on Kindle.  I had spent 2011 pretty much immersed in teaching and writing about multidimensionality, and now I am returning to my earlier writing that teaches many tools to release ourselves from ego and let our Spirits lead the way which moves us into our multidimensional potential and living on the New Earth.

And then there was the readers' stats (speaking of that ongoing practice of releasing oneself from ego).  Those of you who blog on blogspot know what I'm talking about:  the graphs which let you know how many people are really going to your blog and therefore probably reading it.  Stats can be addicting by the way, our egos crave the good ones, but I had pretty much released myself from that.  Still I would check.  It let me know if my blog readership was growing, and while my public followers were continuing to grow, I noticed some decline rather than growth for the blog as we moved into the new year.  I took that as a sign, released myself from almost-weekly blogging, and simultaneously incorporated watching multidimensional meditations on YouTube (mostly Suzanne Lie's) as part of my daily practice.  My intention was to reconnect multidimensionally at a deeper level, and it is working.

Now I'm meandering back to the blog, nudged of course by Spirit and an email or two from folks wondering if I was still going to be writing it.  Since I'm scheduled to teach about our Ascension into 5D and how to make that connection, which is our next evolutionary step, at a large gathering in May and a workshop in June, I've got to integrate this into my own life. Thankfully, I'm finally feeling like I've moved up a notch in comprehending or apprehending what this process really is and what it means.  So now it's time to share this with you, Brother/Sister Earthlings.  Perhaps this will begin a series on the experience of Ascension.

We know that the primary attributes of 5D are Unity Consciousness, Unconditional Love and Creativity.  We also know that every time we move into a higher dimension, we do so because we are able to alter our frequency by speeding up our cells and activating our light bodies.  But what does this really mean?  How does this begin to play out in our psyches? How does this play out in our emotional bodies?  How does this play out in our lives?  If I am ONE, am I still I??  Is the "I" still relevant?  And if not, can I release it?  And if I release it, is that not me doing this from the "I".  (which brings up a Yiddish aye yie aye... roughly translated of course.)  Can I be both?  Isn't that what multidimensionality really is... being all of it???

I've understood, little by little, that we are on a journey to being Collective, to quite literally becoming ONE.  And yet, we do have our individual expression at least at this stage in our evolution.   Suzanne Lie speaks of her experience merging with her 5D self in a star ship, which is a living, breathing entity in itself, and how her 5D self was both separate and part of a giant undulating consciousness that was guiding the ship which was also part of this consciousness.  Individuals on the ship had unique jobs to perform and yet they could also perform the jobs of all others because they were all the others.  I suppose that's like the particle/wave that underlies all matter;  the particle being our individual selves and the wave, our Oneness.  I've been trying to glean what this would feel like; trying to imagine myself as both separate and merged.

I woke up one morning with an "aha!".  We have been a part of that 5D undulating wave perhaps forever.  Jung called it the Collective Unconscious and the Collective Supraconscious.  We know that great inventions would show up all over the globe, in different parts of the world that had no communication with each other, pretty much in the same window of 3D time.  I've been writing and speaking a lot about how in the last 15 or 20 years, I had incorporated a heart meditation in my workshops which I thought was "original" but found out that there were numerous teachers around the world, teaching almost the exact same thing, done in almost the exact same way.  To me this meant that we were all hooked into the same source of information, but now I see that this happens because we are already part of a great undulating wave that holds all that is.

As we move into Unity Consciousness, it will feel totally normal to experience this undulating wave and perhaps it will begin to ultimately feel strange when we experience moments of individual awareness; moments of separateness.  Because wasn't that the great experiment on the planet -- to create 3D humans that could experience the separateness and eventually figure out how to get back to what has always been in our DNA, being One with that undulating wave?

Do you understand that you are me writing this blog, and I am you, reading this blog?  Can you allow yourself to experience fully that each of us holds everything within our consciousness and that everything in our consciousness contains all of us?

This is taught in every tradition on the planet, and has been for Millenniums.  The most holy prayer in Judaism, one that dates back at least 5000 years and that is supposed to be said upon waking each day, translates to "Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One." I was taught the watered-down interpretation in Sunday school -- that this was about the Jews believing in the one God, as opposed to having many deities.  Even as a child, I could never figure out what was so holy about that idea. Then many decades later, far removed from my Jewish roots, it came to me in a flash.  It is the most holy prayer because it tells us we are ONE.  The "Lord" is really the great unified undulating mass of Consciousness, not the One Guy in the sky.

I recently read a fascinating memoir of an Iranian woman and learned that all traditional Persian stories begin with the words "All is One, One is All."  The ancient Egyptians, the really ancient Egyptians, those that were star-seeded over 12,000 years ago, taught how to unify Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt within their own psyches as a way of becoming whole.  My friend and colleague, Linda Star Wolf frequently quotes one of her indigenous teachers, Wolf Clan Grandmother Twylah Nitsch who reminded her students often that this was about: "All for One and One for All."

We see this in nature -- swarms of bees are perhaps the most dramatic because they are small enough for us to see how they blend in with each other and they create this visual undulating pattern while floating through the air.  There are schools of fish and flocks of birds.  All separate and One at the same time.

Speaking Our 7th Dimensional Truth and other MultiD Ramblings

I have been revisiting and revising my second book Empowering the Spirit, because I'm planning to publish it on Kindle in the next few months.  As I was looking over what I had written on the 5th chakra, I realized how this chakra is connected with the 7th Dimension and began as well to realize that as we heal this chakra, we amplify our ability to hold 7D frequency.

The 5th chakra is our throat chakra.  To keep it functioning in a healthy way, we need to be able to both speak our truth and speak from our hearts.  I wrote about the developmental task of teenagers needing to talk back when something feels unfair or wrong.  As a society, we discourage this and therefore many of us reach adulthood repressing honest communication and therefore powerful self-expression.  There's something even deeper and more insidious that begins to occur when we are trained to not speak from our heart, to not speak our truth, to not challenge convention:  we begin to hold back speaking our inner wisdom which both disconnects us from our Spirit and creates obstacles to our collective evolution.

In 7D, higher dimensional light gets transduced into sound.  Chanting, bird song, conscious music and poetry hold this resonance for us and keep us connected to the energy of this dimension. If one were to imagine that they could tune their vocal chords to vibrate in harmony, if not in exact frequency of 7D (I suspect we do not at this point have the physical capacity for our vocal chords to vibrate at that frequency although chanting the word OM, at just the right resonance, gets us close,) we would hold this level of consciousness in all our communications.  Imagine spreading Divine resonance simply by speaking our truth and communicating our wisdom.

I always talk about the water crystals when I teach about 7D.  Masaru Emoto in The Hidden Messages in Water ran experiments to show how sound (and even the written word) created different crystalline formations in water:  some clearly beautiful and healing, and other's bleak and unappealing.  Consciously sending loving words into the water would create these vibrant, healing water crystals while consciously sending angry, hateful words to the water would create structures that actually looked quite ill.  Music did the same thing creating harmony or disharmony depending on the resonance (there are beautiful crystals from 1950's modern jazz, and some pretty ugly formations from some Heavy Metal music. Sounds from 7D (which are made up of higher vibrational light that has slowed down from 8D) create energetic crystalline structures in 6D pretty much the same way: this is sacred geometry.  And for those of you following this multidimensional theory, you'll remember that everything in 6D replicates in 3D.  You'll also remember that creation on the 9D vertical axis comes both from above and from below. There are gravitational waves in both 1D and 9D that create all that exists in between.  Therefore not only does 6D replicate in 3D, 3D thoughts create mists in 6D that give rise to geometric configurations as well, which then will replicate on Earth.  Given this, I would think that we send energy up to 7D, just as 7D sends energy down to us.  This is the dance of creation.  And sound plays a very important role.

As I wrote this, my mind immediately wandered over to the dark side of communication: Those infamous 4-letter words that personally I have found to hold some important wisdom on their own about the human experience.  Am I taking myself away from that higher frequency every time "oh shit" falls out of my mouth.  "Fuck yes!"  I answer wryly.  BUT, there is a cadence and humor, and even better, an overall passion, a teenage-style life force energy that is often encoded in these expletives.  So lest I start thumping a new paradigm bible, and try to impose old rules of conduct, let me be clear.  It is not the words, but the intent behind them, the energy behind them.  If I start cursing you out, I am taking a negative feeling within me and projecting it onto you, this will keep me stuck in dense energies.  I'll be creating "sick water crystals" so to speak.  On the other hand, if I use expletives to express a passionate feeling, I may be opening that archetypal stream to higher dimensional portals and maybe end up creating a whole new geometric crystal structure that might have its own type of beauty.  Remember we can use very proper words to spew bad energy, and not such proper ones to keep us in a good energy flow.  So I suppose one really important criteria for healthy 5th chakra expression is authenticity and an open heart.  From there all dramatic words have a positive purpose.  My point is, that words and sounds that can hook us up to the spiritual energy of 7D might not always be the most "holy" and therefore the most obvious.  It is not the word itself, but rather the feeling behind that word when it is uttered or written.  (Now that would be an interesting water crystal experiment.)

Because authentic speech has been discouraged, suppressed and repressed in our culture, even the most developed human is likely to have some communication issues.  I'd like to see a water crystal that develops when one uses words that avoid truth, that are indirect and full of innuendo.  It is a good practice to think about how we were taught to communicate.  Were we taught to hold back?  Were we taught to speak aggressively?  Were we taught to speak words we thought others would like us to say?  It is interesting that the word phony, has "phon" (as in phonic) in it.  Crystalline formations from inauthentic speech no matter how pretty the words, aren't going to create healing structures.  And clear, direct and truthful words spoken with love will heal our hearts, our relationships and no doubt, our dimension.

So speak out, brother and sister Earthlings, tell it like it is, tell it like you feel it, and tell it like you vision it.   Speak of love, and speak of pain.  Imagine the words that begin in your heart, that move up into your brain, and let them roll out of your mouth.  Sing your passion and sing us a new world... afterall, it's almost 2012.
