Today's blog is about our Light Body and how to keep it buzzing. This is not to be confused with Buzz Lightyear, the superhero action figure from Toy Story, who my 3-year old grandson is dressing up as for Halloween. As Bodhi clearly explains, Buzz Lightyear's mantra is "To Infinity and Beyond!" (It's rather important to spread both arms out wide when stating this.) Now that I think about it, that's pretty similar to the capability of our Light Bodies: "To 5D and Beyond!" Not quite as grand as
Infinity perhaps, but more descriptive of our current journey.
When I first began to teach and write about our multidimensional potential, I would talk about our Ka body much the same as I now talk about the Light Body. They, of course, are connected; one coming from our 6D self and the other moving us into the frequency of 5D (and beyond.) The Ka body is our ideal energetic blue print. It is our unique sacred geometric energy pattern that resides in the 6th dimension, and then replicates, (when we are open to it,) in 3D. When I'm connected with my Ka, it feels similar to being in my light body: I have a profound sense of peace and well-being. My Ka body though seems more connected to feeling totally myself, aligned with my internal power, whereas my Light Body feels as if all my cells are getting massaged by healing light, and there is not much awareness of my more limited 3D body. I'm most connected to my Light Body when I'm drifting off to sleep or waking up in the morning. Perhaps my ka needs to be in for me to fully experience this... but I'm thinking one doesn't have to vibrate as quickly as the 6D frequency of the ka body to experience our Light Bodies... they are available to us as soon as we get to 5D frequency.
Hopefully it will not have you yawning when I say, yet again, that
this evolutionary process we're in is all about speeding up the
vibratory rate of our cells which syncs us with higher dimensional
frequency. As we speed up our cells, we become more light... it's just
simple not-yet-fully accepted physics: Enlightenment occurs as we
speed up at the cellular level, which propels us into the higher dimensions. We are no longer limited to the density that holds us hostage in the solidity of 3D. We have the ability to be our own super-heros and heroines, and
live in a reality without limitation.
To operate out of our Light Bodies, one cannot skip the 4th dimension. Those of you who have attended my workshops know that I emphasize techniques for navigating 4D, the most important of which is to recognize all your Shadow areas and learn to love yourself anyway. Once you are able to do this, you can then integrate your shadow which allows you to hold the polarities of 4D without getting stuck at one pole or the other. Not only does this help us all stay out of the unhealthy drama on an individual level, but it helps us heal the polarity consciousness that is currently so operative in 3D.
As I was pondering what I wanted to write about our Light Bodies, I "randomly" (okay synchronistically) pulled up a Suzanne Lie meditation from You Tube on the Arcturian Divine Matrix, which turned out to be all about our Light Body. It was a reminder to hold the awareness that we are Light. To connect with our Light consciously so that we may, in turn connect with the Light of everyone. BUT there was something more. Since we are in the process of "downloading" these Light Bodies, Suzanne's guides remind us that like a computer that is downloading a new operating system, we often find that we cannot do much else for a while.
You might find yourself unusually tired. You might feel a need to retreat from your normal activities and give yourself the space to download this evolutionary energy in a way that will not crash your "computer". Pay attention to your inner wisdom so that you know what you need during the intensity of the change we are all in.
Another synchronicity about our Light Bodies is that both my oldest daughter and my husband recently reread, The Celestine Prophesy. James Redfield consistently shows us that we are Light and that we have the ability to just follow the "glow" to stay on our paths. This book has sold millions of copies over the last 15 or so years. This is not information provided to just a select few!
So Brother/Sister Earthlings, how is your life going these days as you are being nudged by the Universe to get off this 3D hamster wheel, integrate your shadow, and arrive at the frequency of the 5th dimension? Are you taking good care of yourself? Have you stayed in the awareness that this is a MAJOR physical as well as emotional and spiritual shift? Have you pondered what you need to do to keep your Light Body buzzing?
As we approach Halloween when the veils between the worlds naturally thin, practice putting on your Light Body. It might feel like a costume at first, but before you know it, it will become your true physical being.
No trick here... just a real treat as we open our hearts, step out of the 3D masquarade, and become the beautiful beings we have always been meant to be.

Resurrected yet again
It's been months since I posted my last blog. Hopefully many of you have noticed. I've been focusing on other things like rewriting Empowering the Spirit, readying it for publication on Kindle, preparing for and promoting a local workshop on staying Spirit-directed, enjoying prolonged visits with 2 of my out-of-town children, helping out with my in-town grandson just to name a few. In the meantime, "Blogger.com" has changed on me. I imagine I'll adjust after some kicking and screaming about why would they change a perfectly good system.
But that is not what this is about. This is about activating the new awarenesses that are hovering on the edges of my consciousness. This is about finding words that express the essence of these images which I believe will open us all to this next stage in our evolution. This is about finding concepts that are formed enough to seek words to explain them. I've been doing daily multidimensional meditations on the Merkaba and Ascension on You Tube (who knew) but how this will all translate into my writing and teaching is still mysterious to me. And the 3D clock is a-ticking: I've got at least 6 different talks or workshops scheduled beginning in 3 weeks and when my ego is not panicking, my Spirit is suggesting I trust that I will pull it together and reminds me that one step in the process is to resurrect this blog.
So off I go. (Or do I? I want to go ON, but HA, not on and on.)
Ascension. What does this really mean? Well first of all, let me demystify the image this conjures. I do not see a chosen group suddenly finding ourselves in higher realms that have magically appeared on this planet. I do not see huge numbers of us being lifted into higher dimensional realities en masse. It is true that I have believed/known for decades we are collectively making an evolutionary leap, and this leap is more and more being referred to as Ascension. To me this sounds unnecessarily dramatic. I lean toward a more subtle view of what is occurring. Despite the fact that I have lately experienced a magnetic tug that feels as if my consciousness is being pulled upward and so I can see there is some literal validity in the word, I prefer words like "Lightening" or "Quickening. These are words that to me more accurately describe the evolutionary process in our midst.

I do not see a chosen group suddenly finding ourselves in higher realms that have magically appeared on this planet. I do not see huge numbers of us being lifted into higher dimensional realities en masse. It is true that I have believed/known for decades we are collectively making an evolutionary leap, and this leap is more and more being referred to as Ascension. To me this sounds unnecessarily dramatic. I lean toward a more subtle view of what is occurring. Despite the fact that I have lately experienced a magnetic tug that feels as if my consciousness is being pulled upward and so I can see there is some literal validity in the word, I prefer words like "Lightening" or "Quickening. These are words that to me more accurately describe the evolutionary process in our midst.
You and I know our cells are changing, they are vibrating faster. Most of us can feel this. Our cells do this whether we know about it or not. However, knowing about it allows us to feel more relaxed and more open to guidance about how to navigate through this process. This is a very intense experience in case you haven't noticed. On one hand we watch our 3D world falling to pieces around us. The veil that has kept us in our illusion is growing thinner and thinner, so that the truth of how we have all allowed ourselves to be manipulated is no longer hidden. And yet the solutions, the birthing that follows this death is vague; we can only intuit what we are becoming, and that feels like pretty shaky territory for the vast majority of us.
The vibrational field of the planet is shifting as well. Since our definition of dimensions has relied on the idea that each dimension is vibrating at a certain frequency and that frequency is calibrated in
octaves, (just like the keys on a piano,) we tend to imagine that when we vibrate at a certain speed (high C for instance) we will find ourselves in a specific dimension. But since we are multidimensional, this may not be accurate. It makes scientific sense that our consciousness, not limited by the casing of our physical bodies, easily operates in several dimensions at one time. Most of us who have meditated or done certain kinds of Yoga or who took psychedelic drugs for that matter, can understand this. What is different now is that this "ascension" or quickening, is actually about our bodies and the brains they house, being able to operate in several dimensions simultaneously. As if our lives aren't complicated enough! But remember this is about feeling into it, not thinking into it. When we take a deep cleansing breath and allow our awareness to be in the Now, in the Present, we become able to hold multidimensional consciousness with ease. And what we notice on a kinesthetic level is that our hearts are filled with love, our psyches are calm and our quickening cells provide us with the sensation of being much lighter.
Most of the information that is being channeled in about this evolution assures us that we have only wonderful things to look forward to. We are moving out of the dimensions of duality and therefore out of the suffering of always feeling separated from Divine Source. We are moving into a world of Unity and Love. Yet even for the most advanced of us, we are being continually met with the energetic challenges of this transition. The term "quickening" which I'm getting attached to using to describe this evolutionary process, is a term that is used to describe the first discernible movement of the fetus in pregnancy. We've got a way before this rebirth gets to full term, but we are in the stages where we truly can feel the reality of this shift.
Many of you reading this are actually working on this dimensional shift in your dreams according to information from Suzanne Lie. Her Guides are saying that we, as light workers, have been working to stop the negative forces of control that have wielded power over our planet for eons. For many of us, this is going on when we are asleep and not only do we not remember, it is also making us pretty darn tired.

I see us forming two lines facing each other and metaphorically arching our arms at full stretch, touching the finger- tips of whoever stands across from us. We are sending love and ease to those who pass through our energy tunnel, holding the portals open for more and more souls as they embark on this evolutionary passage.
And so Brother and Sister Earthlings, I'm inspired to speak to you once again with our cells no doubt moving a little faster than they were when last you signed on. Huge and interesting growth is occurring within us. So remember to take those prenatal vitamins, keep your sense of humor and trust that this coming birth will bring great joy to us and our planet.

All Together Now... UNDULATE AS ONE
For those of you who have noticed and wondered where my blog has disappeared to, I would love to explain it simply is getting published in the higher dimensions and tell you what the link is, but alas best I can tell, that would be a lie, and I definitely don't know the link. In 3D, I just backed off. I had a multitude of reasons, the most important of which is that I wasn't feeling that multidimensional connection for a while, and had to get re-inspired.
Other reasons, should you be on the edge of your seat, include needing to refocus on and reenter the experience of my book EMPOWERING THE SPIRIT: A Process to Activate Our Soul's Potential. This is my book that came out the end of 2005 and which I'm now getting ready to publish on Kindle. I had spent 2011 pretty much immersed in teaching and writing about multidimensionality, and now I am returning to my earlier writing that teaches many tools to release ourselves from ego and let our Spirits lead the way which moves us into our multidimensional potential and living on the New Earth.
And then there was the readers' stats (speaking of that ongoing practice of releasing oneself from ego). Those of you who blog on blogspot know what I'm talking about: the graphs which let you know how many people are really going to your blog and therefore probably reading it. Stats can be addicting by the way, our egos crave the good ones, but I had pretty much released myself from that. Still I would check. It let me know if my blog readership was growing, and while my public followers were continuing to grow, I noticed some decline rather than growth for the blog as we moved into the new year. I took that as a sign, released myself from almost-weekly blogging, and simultaneously incorporated watching multidimensional meditations on YouTube (mostly Suzanne Lie's) as part of my daily practice. My intention was to reconnect multidimensionally at a deeper level, and it is working.
Now I'm meandering back to the blog, nudged of course by Spirit and an email or two from folks wondering if I was still going to be writing it. Since I'm scheduled to teach about our Ascension into 5D and how to make that connection, which is our next evolutionary step, at a large gathering in May and a workshop in June, I've got to integrate this into my own life. Thankfully, I'm finally feeling like I've moved up a notch in comprehending or apprehending what this process really is and what it means. So now it's time to share this with you, Brother/Sister Earthlings. Perhaps this will begin a series on the experience of Ascension.
We know that the primary attributes of 5D are Unity Consciousness, Unconditional Love and Creativity. We also know that every time we move into a higher dimension, we do so because we are able to alter our frequency by speeding up our cells and activating our light bodies. But what does this really mean? How does this begin to play out in our psyches? How does this play out in our emotional bodies? How does this play out in our lives? If I am ONE, am I still I?? Is the "I" still relevant? And if not, can I release it? And if I release it, is that not me doing this from the "I". (which brings up a Yiddish aye yie aye... roughly translated of course.) Can I be both? Isn't that what multidimensionality really is... being all of it???
I've understood, little by little, that we are on a journey to being Collective, to quite literally becoming ONE. And yet, we do have our individual expression at least at this stage in our evolution. Suzanne Lie speaks of her experience merging with her 5D self in a star ship, which is a living, breathing entity in itself, and how her 5D self was both separate and part of a giant undulating consciousness that was guiding the ship which was also part of this consciousness. Individuals on the ship had unique jobs to perform and yet they could also perform the jobs of all others because they were all the others. I suppose that's like the particle/wave that underlies all matter; the particle being our individual selves and the wave, our Oneness. I've been trying to glean what this would feel like; trying to imagine myself as both separate and merged.
I woke up one morning with an "aha!". We have been a part of that 5D undulating wave perhaps forever. Jung called it the Collective Unconscious and the Collective Supraconscious. We know that great inventions would show up all over the globe, in different parts of the world that had no communication with each other, pretty much in the same window of 3D time. I've been writing and speaking a lot about how in the last 15 or 20 years, I had incorporated a heart meditation in my workshops which I thought was "original" but found out that there were numerous teachers around the world, teaching almost the exact same thing, done in almost the exact same way. To me this meant that we were all hooked into the same source of information, but now I see that this happens because we are already part of a great undulating wave that holds all that is.
As we move into Unity Consciousness, it will feel totally normal to experience this undulating wave and perhaps it will begin to ultimately feel strange when we experience moments of individual awareness; moments of separateness. Because wasn't that the great experiment on the planet -- to create 3D humans that could experience the separateness and eventually figure out how to get back to what has always been in our DNA, being One with that undulating wave?
Do you understand that you are me writing this blog, and I am you, reading this blog? Can you allow yourself to experience fully that each of us holds everything within our consciousness and that everything in our consciousness contains all of us?
This is taught in every tradition on the planet, and has been for Millenniums. The most holy prayer in Judaism, one that dates back at least 5000 years and that is supposed to be said upon waking each day, translates to "Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One." I was taught the watered-down interpretation in Sunday school -- that this was about the Jews believing in the one God, as opposed to having many deities. Even as a child, I could never figure out what was so holy about that idea. Then many decades later, far removed from my Jewish roots, it came to me in a flash. It is the most holy prayer because it tells us we are ONE. The "Lord" is really the great unified undulating mass of Consciousness, not the One Guy in the sky.
I recently read a fascinating memoir of an Iranian woman and learned that all traditional Persian stories begin with the words "All is One, One is All." The ancient Egyptians, the really ancient Egyptians, those that were star-seeded over 12,000 years ago, taught how to unify Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt within their own psyches as a way of becoming whole. My friend and colleague, Linda Star Wolf frequently quotes one of her indigenous teachers, Wolf Clan Grandmother Twylah Nitsch who reminded her students often that this was about: "All for One and One for All."
We see this in nature -- swarms of bees are perhaps the most dramatic because they are small enough for us to see how they blend in with each other and they create this visual undulating pattern while floating through the air. There are schools of fish and flocks of birds. All separate and One at the same time.

Engaging Our High Heart: Our Multidimensional Internet Connection
The seasons feel like they are changing right now. The last few days have been brisk, and even though summery weather is sure to make a return, there is no stopping the momentum of the coming change. Summer must give way to Fall, and Fall to Winter: but it is not just the way of the lower dimensions. The higher dimensional shifts, those processions of cycles in the higher dimensions, are just as inevitable. And these are energy shifts that bring far more powerful change than leaves falling and temperatures dropping. These energy shifts swirl into our consciousness and activate each and every one of us. They insist that we leave behind the season that is dying and we open to that which must come next whether we feel ready or not.
All things in the Universe grow, die, and grow again. While this has been eternally true, our current times are unique and amazing; the energy being opened for the human species is extraordinary. Each of us now has the potential for having direct access to Source and in that direct access, we also will access our multidimensional nature. It is this nature that allows us to fully understand and become conscious of the communication links from Source, to be part of the Cosmic Internet if you will.
So what is Source from a multidimensional perspective? Suzan Carrol (also known as Suzanne Lie), in her August 11th newsletter, (www.multidimensions.com) presents a beautiful inter-dimensional map. She delineates 12D as our Source dimension, and channels the Arcturians saying: "...You on Earth began as twelfth dimensional Stellar Elohim who were, and still are ONE with the Source. Elohim are the holders of form in the Multiverse..." This means that all we know as form is essentially spun out from the energy of 12D. That goes way beyond the 9D vertical axis, but fully informs 9D which in turn informs all of the lower dimensions. AND, just like the 9D model, this is an interactive process with growth occurring both from above downward, and below, upward. The guiding principal as always, is Unconditional Love.
Which brings me to the essence of today's blog. The most direct way to access communication from the higher dimensions is through our high hearts. Carroll in her channeling, points out that the "messages from the higher dimensions enter your Opened Third Eye (your Crown and Brow Chakras working as ONE), but the meaning of that message is perceived through your High Heart. It is through your High Heart that you and your higher expressions of SELF can bond into ONE."
This means to fully activate our multidimensional potential, we need to fully open our High Heart. The High heart rests between our heart chakra and our throat chakra. For those of you who have not experienced this before, stop for a moment and take some deep centering breaths until you feel yourself in a state of openness and relaxation. Notice the energy flow (or blockage) in your heart chakra and send gratitude and healing there. You are likely to feel warmth and a sense of swirling energy. Now bring your awareness up to the center of your chest. If you are able to sense energy, you will realize that while there is also warmth and swirling energy in the high heart, the energy is lighter, even more joyful... This is our energetic link to Source or the Divine. Notice too if there are any walled off parts, heavy places or other blockages that are asking to be transformed.
As humans, even very evolved loving humans, it is a tall order at best to stay in a consistent state of unconditional love. From my observation, part of this 9th Wave of the Mayan calendar is spiralling anything within us that is unhealed up to the surface yet again. This often takes those of us who have been working on our healing for decades by surprise... wondering why we still find ourselves dealing with old dysfunctional patterns of behavior and outmoded old paradigm beliefs. We tend to forget that we are holographic. Remember holograms contain the whole in every part. So if you were to break off a piece of a holographic plate that contains an image of a cat, each piece will also contain that image, but in fainter form. So it is with our old patterns. As we heal them they don't disappear, but rather become fainter so they have less and less power in our lives. In my experience, when we are in a growth spurt about to move up to a higher place on the evolutionary spiral, these old patterns resurface for deeper healing. The energy of the Universal Underworld (or 9th Wave) is activating growth spurts in all of us, so that these old patterns have to come up.
Most if not all of these beliefs and patterns we have been carrying, have caused emotional wounding. This in turn, has caused many of us to wall off parts of our hearts as self-protection. While this is a reflexive process for us humans, it is totally counterproductive to our growth and certainly to our multidimensional growth. Collectively we have been working to heal our heart charka blockages and pain for the last 3 decades, but now, we are being prodded to heal our high heart blockages as well. It certainly is normal that when we are wounded, we also feel abandoned by the Divine and then end up holding anger and grief around this. This can turn into resentment, depression, and/or a sense of powerlessness. We know inside of ourselves that we have this potential to connect, download and transmit messages from the 12D Elohim (even if we had no conscious idea they existed). We intuitively can feel a sense of something missing, a sense of being cut off from an important part of ourselves. The problem is that we cannot fully open this high heart unless we can step into full self love. If you are being re-visited by old patterns (whether the signals are coming from inside of you or from events in your outer life,) this is an invitation from your 12D Self to identify areas where you still need to love yourself more, and to do the necessary emotional work to heal this at yet another level.
Once we do this, we will find ourselves able to communicate and use the wisdom from all of the dimensions,
and simultaneously keep balanced in our day to day life. The old behavior patterns and beliefs that have developed from both our individual and collective wounds will grow fainter yet again. And our loving energy will be freed up more profoundly than ever before, as will our intuitive and spiritual powers.
As Fall and Winter open to Spring and Summer, and Spring and Summer open to Fall and Winter, so black holes open to white holes and white holes to black holes. It is Hand Clow's contention that in the 9th Dimension at Galactic Center, which is a black hole itself, a white hole of a new Universe is about to be birthed in 2012. As multidimensional beings, part of our psyches holds all the energy of these profound transformative cycles, but I do think it makes sense to look first for the black holes within us, and know that as we move into them with love and consciousness, a remarkable new birth is about to come forth.
Let those old belief and behavioral patterns release as the trees release their leaves. Work to heal and transform any heart and High Heart wounding, and remember to breathe through those contractions. Once your labor is over, you'll be amazed at the miracle that is You.
All things in the Universe grow, die, and grow again. While this has been eternally true, our current times are unique and amazing; the energy being opened for the human species is extraordinary. Each of us now has the potential for having direct access to Source and in that direct access, we also will access our multidimensional nature. It is this nature that allows us to fully understand and become conscious of the communication links from Source, to be part of the Cosmic Internet if you will.
So what is Source from a multidimensional perspective? Suzan Carrol (also known as Suzanne Lie), in her August 11th newsletter, (www.multidimensions.com) presents a beautiful inter-dimensional map. She delineates 12D as our Source dimension, and channels the Arcturians saying: "...You on Earth began as twelfth dimensional Stellar Elohim who were, and still are ONE with the Source. Elohim are the holders of form in the Multiverse..." This means that all we know as form is essentially spun out from the energy of 12D. That goes way beyond the 9D vertical axis, but fully informs 9D which in turn informs all of the lower dimensions. AND, just like the 9D model, this is an interactive process with growth occurring both from above downward, and below, upward. The guiding principal as always, is Unconditional Love.
Which brings me to the essence of today's blog. The most direct way to access communication from the higher dimensions is through our high hearts. Carroll in her channeling, points out that the "messages from the higher dimensions enter your Opened Third Eye (your Crown and Brow Chakras working as ONE), but the meaning of that message is perceived through your High Heart. It is through your High Heart that you and your higher expressions of SELF can bond into ONE."
This means to fully activate our multidimensional potential, we need to fully open our High Heart. The High heart rests between our heart chakra and our throat chakra. For those of you who have not experienced this before, stop for a moment and take some deep centering breaths until you feel yourself in a state of openness and relaxation. Notice the energy flow (or blockage) in your heart chakra and send gratitude and healing there. You are likely to feel warmth and a sense of swirling energy. Now bring your awareness up to the center of your chest. If you are able to sense energy, you will realize that while there is also warmth and swirling energy in the high heart, the energy is lighter, even more joyful... This is our energetic link to Source or the Divine. Notice too if there are any walled off parts, heavy places or other blockages that are asking to be transformed.
As humans, even very evolved loving humans, it is a tall order at best to stay in a consistent state of unconditional love. We tend to forget that we are holographic. Remember holograms contain the whole in every part. So if you were to break off a piece of a holographic plate that contains an image of a cat, each piece will also contain that image, but in fainter form. So it is with our old patterns.
